I myself have never had dental work done by this particular dentist however my grandmother visited this place for years on end and always spoke well of it. As a child when my grandmother went in to get work done there was always plenty for me to do in the lobby so having your children with you should not be an issue here. The owner is also very kind, one day while living with my mother I left the house with my electric car having not been charged and assumed I had just enough to make it to work but my car ran out of charge right in front of the business. The owner came out and offered to let me charge it in his business's parking lot with my own charger so I didn't have to get somebody to tow it down the street to a charging station. Seems like a solid business with a kind owner.

I was visiting Concord this summer and chipped a tooth. I called Concord Center Dental they assured me that they took my insurance. After looking at my tooth I signed a Treatment Plan with what seemed normal charges and insurance coverage. I paid the treatment plan charges before leaving. A few weeks later I got a bill for several hundred dollars more including charges that were not stated in the Total Charges outlined in the Treatment Plan. I called the office to try finding out why the charges were so different and they said they didn't take my insurance as a preferred provider and in fact only worked with one insurance company as a preferred provider. That information wasn't told to me before my visit and I was told they were a preferred provider. Going back and forth with them for several months trying to get things straightened out with no success they told me that unless I paid the full amount charged I would be sent to a collection agency. The first and maybe final straw in all this was the fact that Dr Madden left glue between my teeth after fixing the chip and I couldn't floss till I had it removed. Before going to this dental office I would advise not taking their word on insurance coverage and calling your insurance company to verify things. Also check to see if there might be glue left between your teeth before leaving.

Concord Center Dental is the best dentist office I have ever been to and I will never go to another. Dr. Madden and Audrey are incredibly welcoming, attentive and helpful. The entire team of people who work there are so nice it's honestly enjoyable to get a check up! Their response to COVID is also the most impressive I've seen. They've really gone above the usual guidelines that I see in other businesses, providing a super safe environment with a really helpful team of staff. Dr. Madden's guidance and recommendations are always professional and honest. You really cannot go wrong!

I loved my experience with Concord Center Dental! I am new to the area and needed to come in for a routine cleaning and x-ray, and it was an overall great experience. Everyone that I interacted with in the office was incredibly nice and fun to talk to. They were very efficient and I didn't have any waiting time before my appointment. I also felt that they were very conscious of Covid and had great protocols in place that made me feel safe. I highly recommend going to see Dr Madden and his team!

My husband and I are very happy with Concord Center Dental. The practice is extremely detail oriented and really works hard to be accommodating to give their patients an easy, positive experience. The entire staff is so kind and friendly. Dr Madden is the best! He is so patient and very clearly acts within the best interest of his patients. I've spent years with dentist appointment dread, but I can honestly say I haven't felt that way since becoming a patient at Concord Center Dental.

The staff at CCD is outstanding: professional, skilled, and concerned for the patient. A quality practice. Dr. Madden has consistently provided me with a comprehensive view of the dental challenges I have faced over the last few years. I have come to trust his judgement and recommendations. He was able to perform an incredible transformation with my upper teeth (replaced two old and failing bridge structures and saved all of the support teeth). It was a worthwhile investment that has stood the test of time and provided me with a great smile and solid teeth. The home care routine outlined by his office is extremely effective. It is impressive to constantly be pleased and delighted with an outstanding, ongoing service experience.

Dr Madden and his team are amazing. The office is beautiful and the entire staff provide the absolute best care from cleaning to major procedures. We are treated so well that even my two sons enjoy going to the dentist.

Concord center dental is the best! I always enjoy coming here. I wouldn't have any one else besides Dr Madden do my crowns. He's very thorough in his examination and explains clearly what the options are. With state of the art equipment I know I'm getting the best treatment there is. All staff are pleasant. I highly recommend.

Dr Madden is an excellent dentist - have always been super impressed with my routine visits. Over the last few months I embarked on Invisalign, which I hadn't considered prior to his suggestion. Just finished up today and soooo pleased with the result. Wish I had had it done before. Dr Madden is not only technically very good, but has a great eye for the overall aesthetic outcome. Strongly recommend.

Dr. Madden and the entire staff are all incredible. I had tested the waters with a different dentist closer to my home (out of convenience) but quickly realized that I had made a terrible mistake. The care, qualifications, guidance and attitude are incomparable at CCD and all receive 5 stars.
