Great experiences both times I came here for wisdom tooth extractions. The staff is incredible. Super friendly and highly professional! Definitely recommend.

I'm honestly going to say that I might actually be less afraid of the dentist since coming here. The staff was nothing but wonderful to me. Dr. Dowd will take the time to make sure you understand everything and never make you feel rushed. I'm sad I cannot remember the first staff member I met at my consultation, but she was so friendly and easy to talk to. Then today Marvin and the young lady helping Dr. Dowd (I'm so sorry I didnt hear you name) was amazing!!!! Dentists have a stigma of fear, but I felt nothing but comfortable today after getting 5 teeth removed. Thank you all so much for everything!

I'm fairly disgusted with this place at 801 Main St. in Concord. They will not make a follow up appointment until I give it more time and then call back again. I had 2 teeth extracted 1 week ago. I can't eat, I can't chew, I can't brush until this heals, I can't put my partial denture back in with denture cream until I can brush. I can't tell if this is healed as I can't see in my own mouth. I feel like I'm left holding the bag on this. They should have made a follow up appointment when I had the teeth extracted. They certainly should have made a follow up appointment when I called. They referred me to my original general dentist for follow up and she referred me back to them. I have an appointment with my general dentist in 4 months. I can't go without eating, chewing, brushing, or my partial denture until then. I have paid almost $1,000 for dental insurance plus almost $200 for them to do this. I'm furious with them to leave me holding the bag on this one. They are irresponsiblee and they did NOT complete the job.

I don't normally post google reviews, however, unsolicited I felt compelled. Yesterday on my way to pick up my son from college in CT for thanksgiving break, my son phoned and he woke up that morning with wisdom teeth pain, cheek swollen,etc. I called Concord & Lexington Oral Surgery and was told the soonest would be dec 15th. I explained that my son is only home for one week and if there was anyway he could get looked at as he was in pain and had some swelling. Immediately, the gentlemen put me on hold and asked, can you be here at 3p? We raced back to MA to make the appointment. I must tell you, the care, thoughtfulness, and kindness they showed was amazing! Dr. Chuah and her staff were thorough and extremely helpful! The found an appt that would work for his wisdoms to be taken out! A HUGE Thank you to the staff and Dr. Chuah for being so accommodating, friendly and reassuring my son all will be good! Let alone their covid protocol was impeccable! Cheers to you and your staff for making this first experience with C&L oral surgery a delight!

Great staff, Dr. Caldwell had me in and out in no time with no complications after a 4x wisdom tooth removal. Didn't even need any of the prescribed painkillers!

Incredibly friendly staff! I went in for a small procedure and they had me scheduled quickly, the procedure went smoothly and, one week later, there isn't even a scar. I have never felt so comfortable in a dental office!

Staff is very helpful, surgeries, cleanings etc are on point with skill and precision, and works well with people on mass health or blue cross/blue shield insurance. In all fantastic oral surgery office

I never like medical professionals enough to review or recommend them. I can't say enough good things about this place and Dr. Caldwell. I had an extraction other dentists told me would need extensive time and bone removal. Dr. Caldwell was in and out in no time and made the whole thing simple. After a bad experience with another place, let me tell you the right surgeon makes all the difference. Dr. Caldwell and his staff were clearly extremely skilled while being personable and patient. I am definitely returning here for further work if I need it in the future.

I had a tooth extracted this morning, and opted for the laughing gas. First let me say the entire staff at the Concord site was great. This was the first time I was awake for a tooth removal, with lots of anxiety before, but let me say, I was all worked up about nothing. I sat in the chair and the assistant who was great started me on the gas, about 4 min later the doctor came in to put in some local, Then another maybe 10 minutes just sitting there letting the gas do its thing, I am now fully numb and feeling mellow. The doctor came and started and poof before I knew if the tooth was out. After it was all over I shook my head thinking about all the anxiety I gave myself and for nothing....I would go back there again if I need another tooth removed,,,
