Dr. Amir Radpour finished his undergraduate studies with a Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of California Riverside and California State University San Bernardino. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery with an award from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. He then completed a one year postgraduate dental study in General Practice Residency, a combined hospital and clinical base at Northside Medical center in Youngtown, OH.
Dr. Radpour moved to Northern California after his graduation more than 20 years ago and has been in the Bay Area working passionately as a general dentist. He is well versed in all aspects of general dentistry and knowledgeable in cosmetics and implant dentistry. He constantly updates himself with continuing education and has earned his Invisalign, clear braces, and oral sedation certificates.
He is better known to his patients as Dr. Rad! He is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Contra Costa County Dental Association. Dr. Rad provides his patients excellent dentistry in a friendly attitude honed by more than 20 years in practice. HE allows his patients to take an active role in their care by educating and informing them of all their options and alternatives.
He is a handyman and enjoys projects around his house. Dr. Rad enjoys his leisure time with his wife and two children. He enjoys movies, cooking, bicycling, traveling and is an avid Warriors and 49ers fan.

Dr. Julian Alivia was born and raised in the Bay Area. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC Santa Cruz and his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the renowned University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, one of the top dental schools in the nation. He is a standing member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, ADA, CDA, and the Contra Costa County Dental Society. He has undergone extensive clinical and didactic training in surgical placement and restoration of dental implants by the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the California Implant Institute. He is also Invisalign certified and loves improving smiles through cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Julians goal is to provide high quality dental care while building lasting relationships with his patients. He strives to help his patients feel comfortable and to address their needs and concerns. Dr. Julian is also passionate about making a difference in the community. He has traveled to Jamaica on a mission trip providing free dental services to the under served. Additionally, he has volunteered as a basketball coach for grade school students and at various non-profit organizations, including Special Olympics and Reading Partners. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, friends and his French Bulldog Chloe and traveling around the world with his wife.
Crystal Wilson has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2004. After 10 years of working in the back office she transitioned to the front office and was eventually promoted to office manager. She is currently the office manager at Concord Advanced Dentistry and is well informed on all dental terminology and technology. She is able to transition smoothly from dental assisting to insurance processing to supervising day to day operations. Her caring nature and humorous attitude make patients feel comfortable and happy when in the dental chair and at the reception desk. This welcoming attitude is carried on in her personal life when spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys hiking, camping and watching movies with her husband Jim, and sons Anthony and Jonny.
Ariana Duarte has been a receptionist for 4 years and is responsible for our front desk scheduling. She is motivated, charismatic and is the first smiling face you will see when you come into our office. In her free time she loves to be outdoors and is currently learning how to sew and embroider.

Kathleen Stellini has been a registered dental hygienist in the east bay for 30 years. She graduated from the DVC dental hygiene program in 1990 and keeps up to date with continuing education and CPR. She enjoys making lasting relationships with patients, including people who have followed her for over 25 years. Kathleen has two awesome grown sons, loves her two akita dogs and chickens. She loves to do DIY projects, camping, and spending time with good friends.
Christine has been a Registered Dental Assistant for 3 years and has lived in Brentwood for 24 years. Her favorite part about working in the dental field is helping people have a healthy smile that they love. When shes not at work, she loves spending time at home with her fiance, dog, and cat.
Kylie graduated from the Dental Assisting program in 2009. She has worked in the fields of General, Pediatric and Orthodontia dentistry. Her friendly chairside manner and vast experience help patients feel relaxed and comfortable during their visit. Outside of the office, Kylie enjoys spending time with her family, and their newest addition, Baby Rowan.
