Dr. Nima Shayesteh ventured away to the East Coast to pursue his professional passion and attain his Doctorate in Medical Dentistry from Boston University's Goldman School of Dental Medicine. After successful completion, he returned home to the Golden State of California. Reuniting with his family and friends and embarking on a career in Dentistry.
Being adventurous he once again traveled east and found himself in El Paso Texas. Quickly he realized the local demand for quality and esthetic dentistry. He shared this insight with his colleague and classmate, Dr. Shams and in 2011 they introduced Beverly Hills dentistry to El Pasoans and opened the first Picasso Smiles Dental - Cosmetic & Implant Center. Today, they maintain two successful practices in the El Paso area and they warmly welcome you to their newest office located in Culver City.
The perspective and ethics he maintains on healthcare, supersedes the standard of care. Dr. Shayesteh has been attributed by his colleagues and co-workers for treating each one of his patients as one of his own family members. His commitment to patients indeed motivates him to strive for an exemplary level of attention, thoroughness, quality, and finesse in his dentistry. To achieve such, Dr. Shayesteh continually updates his credentials and continuing education.
Among the list of the many arduous continuing education training, Dr. Shayesteh has successfully completed a one-year formal training at the University of Southern California (USC) and has been awarded a certificate in Comprehensive Surgical & Restorative Implant Training. This training has equipped him with the latest techniques, skills, knowledge, and technologies to treat patients for their surgical and dental implant needs.
Furthermore, Dr. Shayesteh completed a two-year rigorous training program at the F.A.C.E foundation and was awarded a prestigious certificate for Post-Graduate Study in Advanced Occlusion, Restorative and Prosthetic Techniques. Worldwide, only 14 dentists were selected, accepted and graduated from this elite program for the 2015-2017 mentorship training. The skills he attained from this program enables him to treat patients with joint dysfunctions & pain, rehabilitate & reconstruct full mouths, and perform complex dentistry in the most minimally invasive and most conservative modalities also known as Biomimetic Dentistry.
Biomimetic Dentistry is a very tooth-conservative approach to fixing damaged teeth. It is a scientifically proven technique that focuses on the correct bonding and sealing of broken or decayed teeth in a way that copies nature. This means that more of your natural tooth is preserved during every dental procedure at our office. Sendy was born and raised in Chicago, IL. She graduated from William Rainey Harper College with her dental hygiene degree and continued her education at Northeastern Illinois University for a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies.
Sendy has been a dental hygienist for 7 years and enjoys building relationships with her patients while providing quality care and a gentle touch. Certified in Nitrous/Local Anesthesia and Soft Tissue Diode Laser

You won't get treated better at any other dental practice. Dr. Shayesteh is the most ethical and empathetic dentist. He places patient care first and foremost. His right hand woman Sendy is the best hygienist in the biz, gentle and knowledgeable. The office is very clean and even the Ambience is pleasing.

This has to be one of the best dentists in all of LA. The whole team is professional, friendly and excellent at what they do. State of the art, quality equipment and products matched with skill and true care. They are meticulous with their work and incredible at explaining what is necessary for sustainable mouth health and calming throughout the process. I cannot recommend Dr. Shayesteh enough. I'm thrilled to have him as my dentist.

Dr. Shayesteh and his staff were phenomenal in taking care of my filling. I came in for a cleaning and found out I had a cavity on my wisdom tooth! I thought it was going to be difficult but dr. Shayesteh did it with such ease. He used his microscope for the cavity filling which I thought was so cool. If you ever need any dental work done. Come to dr Shayesteh!

I was Referred here and excited by the reviews, but don't let them fool you. If you are a women, especially under the age of 35 good luck with getting any respect here. They were so extremely rude to me each time I went In. Talked down to me and even made me cry from the toxicity in one appointment. I continued There 2 times to finish out treatment (simple cavities, so I thought) and have been left with an uneven bite. When I tried To go in I was Met with the nastiest behavior I had To leave Before getting the work corrected. The Dentist himself is not so much rude as we was condescending and disrespectful. The receptionist however is the rudest, nastiest Man I have ever met. Not only toward my age but gender was he disrespectful, and I was Gaslighted ever appointment and phone call. Overall it was a bad enough experience for me to right this review in hope others don't have to deal with what I did! If you're just going for a cleaning the Hygienist and assistants were amazing!

I love coming to this dentist office. The staff is very friendly! Yan at the front desk is very on top of everything and very nice! The doctor is kind and explains the process to you as patient. He is very thorough and I feel like I am getting the proper care I need. The dentist assistants are very helpful and always check on how I'm doing. I love how detailed this dental office is, it's not like some of the quick in-n-out type dental offices I've been to before. I would recommend this place! Office is very clean and calm too! Great music.

I love the team at Concierge Smile Boutique. The staff is friendly and they are happy to answer any concerns or questions. Dr. Shayesteh is a great dentist- he is very thorough, takes his time to explain any and all processes involving your teeth. He explains the procedures in a way that you understand and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. I highly recommend coming to Concierge Smile Boutique.

Like many people, I'm no fan of going to the dentist. I've had my fair share of bad experiences in the past. But Dr. Shayesteh and his team are truly fantastic. By far the best dentistry experience I've ever had. The only problem is that I'm moving away in a few months, and can't imagine finding a dentist I trust and appreciate this much!

I highly recommend Concierge Smile Boutique!! Everyone is fantastic! Yan at the front office is extremely friendly and accommodating. The hygienist, I'm sad I don't remember her name, was great and loved how she explained everything. Dr Shayesteh it's not only a great dentist, but he's caring, gentle and very patiently explains what needs to be done. He's honest and very thorough. And Alex is great, he always makes sure you're comfortable and ready for the procedure.

This team is fantastic! I was looking for a dentist after moving to LA and friends recommended Concierge Smile Boutique. Here I met Dr. Nima Shayesteh, Cindy, Alex, and Yan - the most friendly and caring team you'll find in the area. Dr. Shayesteh is talented, patient, gentle, caring, thoughtful. He made the quality of my life so much better. He was careful to avoid a need for a root canal, patient to get my bite perfect or fixing a cosmetic defect on my front teeth. The most, I appreciated moments when I curiously asked about the details of a procedure - Dr. Shayesteh not just patiently answered, but shared the background and interesting technical details, comparison with alternative approaches. This shown how much he loves his profession. Cindy is very knowledgable and has a very gentle touch. She helped my gums to heal and made my life better! I appreciate that Cindy did not jump into work immediately but took time to first explain the situation and to share a specific plan of actions. My wife also worked with Cindy and had only positive words. Alex assists Dr. Shayesteh and is very friendly, clearly does his best. I was surprised to see how well Alex and Dr. Nima work in tandem. Alex pays attention to Dr. Nima and patient and understands without a word. Yan is also very friendly and open. He was super helpful with appointments, papers/bills and understanding the procedures list. Yan is the first and the last person you see when you come into the office. We worked with this team closely for a year and I am writing this a year since we finished a major milestone. This review is long due. I am SO grateful. Thank you!

Dr. Shayesteh has been the best dentist! He is incredibly thorough and takes time to review x-rays, answer all my questions, and explain each step of the treatment as we go (which I can watch live via video). He takes his time with fillings, going slowly in order to make sure they last as long as possible, and works to preserve as much of the original tooth structure as possible. I have had a significant amount of dental work done by many dentists in the past and I trust Dr. S with all my restoration work.

Had a great experience working with Dr. Shayesteh and his team. After an initial check-up, they identified issues and imperfections with previous work on my teeth. They took time to come up with a plan and cut NO corners in the process. Easy to talk with and listened to my concerns. Conscious about making patients feel comfortable and be informed. I believe I know my teeth better now than I have before.
