At concierge Dental the professionalism and friendliness were outstanding. For the complicated process of having Dental Implants Dr. Ben made the process very comfortable and addressed all my concerns. I couldn't be happier with the results. I am so glad I chose Concierge Dental and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Went for cleaning was told I need 9,160$ worth of dental work. 6 crowns.. Went to another dentist was told I do not need any work.

I've been going here for a little over 10 years. I never really liked the dentist untill I found this place. They are very nice and make you feel comfortable here. It's super clean and fresh inside too. When I first started going here Ben was my dentist. Since then I have been taken care of by a few others but all are pretty good. I love my hygienist Audrey and always look forward to visiting! I have had a few small issues here and there with other Dr's (when they were new), but everything has been taken care of with urgency to correct them. The prices have been increased recently as well, which makes me question if things cost extra, or even refuse some services at times. A few services are not offered here (like surgery stuff) but they will recommend you to other great places for those things. In comparison, you get what you pay for, and your going to receive excellent services here.

Best decision I ever made going to Concierge Dental. Being a total dental phobic, I put off going for years, not months. From the moment I walked in they made you feel at ease. Dr.Ben explained everything and put me at ease about the procedure. The staff was just as friendly and comforting as could be. If you have fears, like I did, don't hesitate any longer and trust that Concierge will take good care of you. Thank you Dr. Ben ,I'm smiling again because of you.

I have avoided the dentist at all costs as I have had several unpleasant experiences. I started my journey with Dr. Ben Oppenheimer in January. I had a full upper replacement (implants). Dr. Ben and his team are the most understanding, respectful, kind, and gentle people I have ever had the pleasure of working with!! I love my new smile!!! What a life changer!! I can say with all honesty, I trust Dr. Ben (and I don't trust easily). I don't know if I will ever be able to sing his praises loud enough...........If you are as apprehensive as I was.............look no further..............Concierge Dental Group is definitely the way to go...............thank you Dr Ben and team xoxoxox

Absolutely incredible experience. Dr Ben is an incredible dental professional. Kind, funny, and extremely caring. He understands the pain or shame you might feel when looking into the mirror and will do everything he can to make you smile again. I am smiling right now, and feel amazing, because he delivered everything he said he would do. The entire staff at concierge are incredible as well, make you feel comfortable and welcome every time you walk through the door. They work with you, to get you the best possible procedure to make sure you smile again. Do not hesitate to make an appointment, because your life will be made better for doing so. Mine has been. I have a few things I would like to say about Dr Ben and his staff , but first I will tell you a little bit about my story , way to much to go into so here I go , I have always had issues with my teeth since I was a child I was always at the dentist it continued into adulthood of course I have type 2 diabetes it showed up when I turned 40 , so fast forward a lot of years I became very I'll 31/2 years ago with complications from the disease I started falling and tripping passing out it took going to a neurologist to find out what was wrong,I I was in a wheelchair for a while I can no longer work or drive a car and all my teeth started falling out it destroyed me , I used to work with women with no teeth and I knew for me it was not an option, having a dark black hole sunk in lips unable to speak correctly caused me to not want to live anymore, you may think how foolish and your right but at the time I saw no other way out I went in to see Dr Ben he took the time to listen and together we figured out a plan his staff is just as kind and caring as he is , he does not know it but Dr Ben Saved my life I can never ever thank him and everyone that works enough but I will do my best to try , l, Tina

I'd like to start by saying I have legitimate PTSD when it comes to dental procedures after having a botched root canal at another facility, ultimately ending with me being surgically drained in the ER with a 105 fever. I scheduled my consult for mini implants (for the teeth I had lost due to the situation above) with Dr. Ben and he ended up cancelling his lunch and performing the initial procedure that day! All the staff, from the front to back, were all compassionate and friendly. You don't feel judged in any way, as I've previously felt at other offices. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Ben and the entire office. The drive from derby to Williamsville is always worth it! Thank you guys for your kindness, compassion, and overall wonderful quality of work! I couldn't be happier with my smile!

Well, I am on my way back to the Concierge dental office today for my implant impression. Had the post surgery a couple of months ago and if your wondering...I had conversion (off & on) with Dr. Ben during the procedure. Not something too many would say during that time, but that is how smoothly he works; making you feel very comfortable. Therefore, if you are looking for a conversation during having an implant, book your appointment and feel confident you are in the best hands!

Just completed mini-implant procedure. ONLY 3 1/2 months start to finish, a fraction of the time of regular implants. The process was painless and the entire staff was professional and personable.

If I could give zero stars I would . Worst dentist ever left me screwed with bones sticking out of my gums and ill fitting denture and screwed me on almost six thousand dollars. Then said I owed $500 more 6 months later out of nowhere. My dentist left the office right after my surgery.. nothing but return appointments every week for 2 months for realignments and "bone fragment" removal for months until doctor Claire took over then basically there was no treatment just useless appointments where my concerns were ignored and overlooked!!!!Another williamsville crooked dental practice. Hope your family's know what you do to people

From the first time I went into this office I was greeted with respect and a genuine regard for what was best for me. I had many dentists over the years who kept drilling and crowing teeth that would fail. I was going weekly for years until I came across Dr Ben and his team. They put a comorehensive plan in place and Worked with my finances to allow me to have full upper and lower dental implants. The process was tough because I have anxiety and all The staff were so kind and compassionate. Pain was a non factor. I was offered pain medicine after all My extractions but never had to take anything more than motrin. They are professional, get you in at your scheduled time. Blatantly honest and encouraging. The work is top notch my teeth are perfect straight and white and natural appearing. I cannot thank the team enough for everything the have done. It has been a life changing experience. Truly. No more pain, no more hiding my teeth in pictures or in front of people. No more embarrassment chewing or visits to the dentist weekly with costs that just kept adding up. You will spend more money upfront but save in the long term. All I can say to the staff and Dr Ben is that you are heroes working miracles for just regular blue collar people Like myself. They believe everyone deserves a good smile and they will work with you to make that happen. I am a young man and wish I only knew of Dr Ben earlier Thank you team.

after years of pain & not being able to eat the foods I love I found Dr. Ben Oppenheimer & Concierge Dental Group. Not only did Dr. Ben relieve my pain, he also made it possible for me to enjoy anything I could want. Dr. Ben is awesome & caring in everything he does. From the front desk, to the people in the office, & every worker I was treated with concern, respect & kindness. Dr. Claire & nurse Michele took excellent care of my "special needs" sister in law. They were both patient, kind & understanding. Ruth left the office happy & pain free. I would also like to mention Audrey, who is an angel & makes my teeth cleaning a pleasure. Wonderful people ! Everyone is so friendly . Concerns that I had were addressed. I haven't been to a dentist in years and my dentist made me feel comfortable, she did an awesome job! & Super friendly. I'd recommend this place.
