First off I would give zero stars if i could! Went to this place and was told I had 10 cavities, so I had them filled, in my gut felt this was impossible since I take VERY good care of my teeth so I went to another dentist and they took a look at my xrays and I was told it was not likely I had 10 cavities and then was told a few of the cavities that she filled would have to be re-done! Now furious because my insurance didn't cover all of the cavities and I paid almost $1,000 out of pocket and they have to be re-done?!?! Also, had her do a little bonding work and it looked awful so I went to my old dentist who doesn't take my insurance anymore and had him take a look at the bonding and he said it was awful work and had to re-do it/fix it and I had to pay $100 for that! Save your teeth and find another dental office!

Honestly I have been searching for a very long time for a dentist that would take my insurance and that were good and hands down my dentist is amazing , she did such a great job on my teeth and I highly recommend going here ! I made an appointment for my fiance as well and also the staff are nice too , the front desk secretary is so personable and friendly !

Dr Viktoriya Kuchuk just completed my second crown today with the assistance of her highly skilled dental assistant Jennifer. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here with both of these talented professionals. Both of my crowns are as perfect as my original teeth I really can't tell the difference. Since my first encounter with this office the staff treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect I do highly recommend this office for all you're dental needs . As we all know there are many choices out there but this office and it's professional and friendly manner is truly a huge difference maker for me . Thank you Doctor Kuckuk and Jennifer for being a real difference maker for me . See you all soon for my next check up .

The staff is amazing in every aspect!! Dr.Kuchuz Is one of the best dentist that I have been to. Very professional and always informative. Sincere and caring for her patients. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Dr. Victoria and her team at Concierge in Lancaster are absolutely amazing!! They are so kind and make going to the dentist a much more pleasurable experience. I highly recommend to anyone searching for a new dentist.

Normally, no one ever gets a review, much less a 5-star review from me. But listen, at first I was a bit worried about going to a new dentist, but let me tell you, this place is the best that I have ever been to. The people are very professional, but also nice. They took me in and showed me options for fixing my teeth. My teeth are almost done and I feel better physically and my self esteem is better now than it's ever been. I cannot begin to tell you how much this place has helped me. They have a patient for life. If your teeth need help, don't waste time anywhere else.

My dentists office sadly burned down, then my back molar broke. I called here and I am so grateful that I did. They got me ASAP, and I had the tooth removed. I hate getting shots, and I was so comfortable with Dr. Victoria I had no issues. Office was wonderful. Very clean, so friendly and welcoming. Found my new dentist!

I just became a client of theirs a couple months ago. The staff is wonderful. I have had fillings from both of the main dentists and they were both equally amazing. Receptionist always greets you with a smile and the dental assistants are well trained and all staff is personable. I am so happy I switched here. They make it as warm and welcome as possible!

Recently completed a root canal procedure with Dr. V Kuchuk. This might have been the best dental experience of my life. She was very gentle and I just couldn't believe how smooth/painless the procedure was. Further, the team kept me in the know the entire time and I really appreciated that since this was my first root canal. Thank you, Michael

So glad we've chosen this clinic! Dr. Victoria is a wonderful dentist, very organized and dedicated to her profession, my son's treatment was carried out absolutely pain-free and fast enough. The office is cozy and Dr. Victoria is creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. She was very polite and attentive, we got top-level treatment !

Had two root canals here. Despite my second canal being EXTREMELY sensitive the dentist is so amazingly patient!! Would recommend this group all day every day over ANY dentist I've ever been to before.
