Absolutely the BEST. I came to Dr. Mangiaracina after years of neglecting my teeth due to financial issues as well as life difficulties. I was extremely embarrassed of the condition my mouth was in, and I was nervous about seeing a new dentist who I thought was going to reprimand me, like the last one I had tried to go to did. Dr. Mangiaracina could not have been kinder, she immediately put me at ease, and comforted me with her warmth and understanding at a difficult and painful time. She actually made me laugh on days that I would never have thought that was possible. She makes me feel cared for and hopeful in ways that really matter. She is simply the best.

Dr Mangiaracina has changed my life ! I walked into many dental offices in the past year to restore my teeth , I was using dental glue to hold my teeth in place on a daily basis and had to apply several times a day.. which caused me to be depressed , A loss of confidence and limited to what I can eat , I knew my situation could not be corrected in one visit but was hoping to walk out of the office with a temporary fix while preparing a dental plan and procedure. The ONLY dentist that did that for me was Dr Mangiaracina ! She demonstrated compassion and unbelievable skills ! I walked out of her office with temporary teeth which she made right before my eyes like an true artist ! Followed with with a procedure plan to restore permanent teeth, She did not let me walk out of her office suffering like I walked in! No other dentist would do that out of the several I went to! None of the other dentist took the time or had the compassion ! She is a class A dentist I am so glad she was recommended to me !

Dr. Mangiaracina Is the absolute best dentist I have ever been to. I had the absolute worst fear when it came to a drill near my mouth. I had many bad experiences with dentists in the past. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She really took the time to make sure I was ok during each process with my teeth. She works fast and extremely efficient. My mouth is finally starting to get to a place where i want to show my smile instead of hide it. She has completely helped my fear with dentists. I could never go anywhere else. My daughter who is 7 now goes to her as well and loves her! All of her staff are amazing as well. Ashley did a phenomenal job with cleaning my teeth and is so sweet. I recommend Dr. Mangiaracina and all of her staff to anyone who wants a great dental experience !

Stay away!!!! Poor record keeping. Dr tries to under-medicate patients to save on costs but does not pass the savings onto the patient.

Dr. Mangiaracina is one of the best dentist around. She just did my whole mouth over and I am happy to say that I am not embarrassed to smile anymore. Myself and my family are so grateful and happy we found her. I want to thank Dr.M and her staff for all the time she put in explaining my procedure with me as well. Hands down a 5 star experience with exceptional work.

Concetta Mangiaracina shouldn't have a practice. I needed to change my kids dentist for insurance purposes. Once her hygienist did their cleaning she checked them, and to my utter surprise said one of my kids had 8 cavities & the other one had 6 cavities. I was shocked because my kids never had a cavity in their life, and their las visit with the previous dentist was only 6 months prior. I told her that, her reply was: "It's happening a lot because kids have to wear masks." I had a bad feeling, therefore I asked her receptionist to give me a copy of their X-Rays and note the teeth that needed to be filled for each child. I e-mailed those X-Rays to a family friend that is a dentist, he said he couldn't see any cavities. I send my kids to another dentist, neither one of them had a cavity. She would have drilled on 14 teeth if she had her way. It's incomprehensible that a dentist would destroy teeth for profit. The office is clean, and she seems friendly. However, there's no heart behind her smile. This is the first time a write a review, I just hope I'll spare another family the agony of dealing with her.

I have been going to CMSmiles with Dr. Mangiaracina for two years now and am always satisfied with her care. The front desk always calls to confirm appointments. Dr. Mangiaracina always spends time explaining my treatment to me and is always kind and gentle. She makes sure I never feel pain and am always comfortable in the chair. Very clean and efficiently run office. I recommend all my friends and family to see Dr. Mangiaracina and her staff.

I want to thank Dr. Mangiaracina and her staff for fantastic customer service and the way they made me feel comfortable at a dentist office. Before Dr. M I was not a big fan of dentists but the care she puts into her patients is above and beyond any practice I have ever been at. Thank you again and see you on the next cleaning.

I have been coming to Dr.Mangiaracia since I was a child and she has kept me and my whole family in good health for years. We have followed her from her past offices and have gotten the best treatment by far from her compared to other dentists. She is very gentle and efficient when working on me and my families teeth. She has inspired me to want to be a dentist some day in the future.

My experience at this office was fantastic. The font staff called to make sure of my time/day. I only waited about 2 minutes until they called my name. Dr. Rypl was fantastic! He is competent, listens to your concerns and makes the visit extremely comfortable. I definitely plan on referring to this practice.

I had a toothache and Dr. Mangiaracina and Dr. Rypl took wonderful care of me! The doctors and staff make you feel so welcomed and relaxed I would highly recommend this practice!

I started going to see her about 2 years ago. My teeth were so bad i couldn't even smile. Once she was done with me i smile all the time and so confident now. She is the best

While she has great bedside manner, she is not a good dentist. I received a crown from her and now only 4 years later I'm having to pay to replace it. I would not recommend her practice.

Because she is totally incompetent or she doesnt care she totally ruined my mouth and truly one star is way too much for her i would stay away from her people lest you be sorry .

This dentist is a very nice woman as she was courteous and kind when I dealt with her HOWEVER she is NOT a competent dentist. I went to her when my dentist was out of town. My tooth cracked- a rather large tooth. I am told it's tooth #14. Anyhow, she ordered and then put an onlay on it. When I went back to my regular dentist he said it wasn't done very well but that he would watch it and if it needed replacement, we'd have to replace it. Within a year the onlay broke. It broke between cleanings and I didn't realize. Due to this, bacteria got into my tooth and it decayed resulting in a root canal. Not only is the physical pain bad, it's going to be quite expensive to fix given I need to purchase a crown for the tooth at this point. If it had been done correctly in the first place, it would have lasted potentially my lifetime. I normally don't leave ratings but I feel compelled to in this case because I don't want other people to suffer.

Went to her for a filling, she destroyed my tooth and I had to see an oral surgeon to fix it. Total incompetence at this office!! Beware!!!! Save your teeth and DO NOT see this dentist!

The BEST dentist office on the planet!! I've been searching for years and have gone through a lot of them, and was ALWAYS disappointed. I can't say enough about this group. From the very beginning they filled me with confidence. Dr. M. answered my phone call while on vacation! I was in pain and she told me to call her office in the morning and they'd get me in. They did! That is where I met Dr. Ripple. A kinder, nicer Dr. you will not meet. I had to have a tooth pulled. I was terrified! He put me at ease with lots of information as to what he was going to do, and how he would do it. Then, once we started, he said he was just going to test the area for numbness. As I sat there waiting for him to finish testing the area and actually pull the tooth.........he said, "Done!" OMG, tooth was out!!! I actually had tears of joy!! If you've been searching for a fabulous, pain free Dental experience, look no further. THANK YOU DR. RIPPLE, DR. M. AND STAFF FOR ALL YOU DID!! I WILL be back for a cleaning and also will tell everyone I know about this fabulous Dental Group. Oh, btw, office is beautiful and brand new!

This is the best office. They get you in right away and listen to all your needs. I hated the dentist before I met Dr. ripple he's so gentle and informative and he makes you comfortable best dental office on Long Island. I've finally found my dental home. I love it.
