Dr. Ndoj puts the "concern" in Concerned Dental Care. Kind, gentle, caring and a true professional! No one likes going to the dentist, but he made it easy and comfortable by explaining everything and exhibiting concern for my pain and comfort level. I went two months ago for a cleaning and dental xrays/checkup. The office is clean and the staff are very nice. After viewing my xrays, the dentist told me I needed a crown and shuffled me off to the back office where the finance person wanted to discuss cost of the procedure and offer financing. The cost of the crown ($575 est.) was covered by insurance, but I would be responsible for a part of the procedure called a gum lift for $495. I decided to get a second opinion and had the dental xrays taken at Concerned Dental sent to another dentist, who stated the xrays were of poor quality and could not be used for diagnostic purposes. I redid the xrays and it was determined I did not need a crown, just replace the filling on the tooth. I am beyond appalled that Concerned Dental would suggest a treatment I did not need.

The best dentist I've ever worked with! Dr. Ndoj is super gentle with all the work I've gotten done. When I was younger I had the worst dentist experience that scarred me for life. I explained it to him and he was very understanding and super reassuring, by the time we were done with our first session, my fear was gone! Always talking through the sessions and ensuring I'm in no pain and always accommodates with my busy work schedule! 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you Dr. Ndoj :)

I called to make an appointment with the orthodontist, based on a referral that I was given by a dentist from another concerned dental office. I can honestly say I had the worst experience with the appointment setter. For some reason she right away gave me her opinion of the services that my son would need and could care less about the referral from the dentist. This person was confrontational but shockingly firm that she wouldn't schedule the appointment. When I pushed back she then placed me on a hold "to find out". I could no longer deal with the lack of knowledge and professionalism so I hung up. It bothers me that I had this experience so I called back for the office manager (Estella) left a voice mail and at this moment I still haven't received a response. I called the other office which is on Mosholu Pkwy and told them I would rather travel to them from Yonkers than to do business at a place that allows there office staff to act this way. Very poor representation. Very poor customer service. Very poor conflict resolution.

In my husband's own words " this place is a joke. I went here 4 times & 2 of those times I sat in the chair where NOTHING was done & was then told to go make another appointment. They charge my insurance for an office visit when they never did anything. I doubt I will ever go back there again"

Dr Ndoj. is Concerned Dental's best kept secret. He is absolutely the BEST! He is knowledgeable, personable, kind and has hands as light as a feather. I have been his patient for several years now and he has always resolved my teeth problems in the best way possible. I can honestly say having dental work done with Dr. Ndoj is never painful or stressful. If you go to Yonkers concerned dental, go to Dr Ndoj you won't be disappointed!! 5/5 for Doc!!

I want to start off by saying the dentist was extremely professional and very sweet, if I could rate him alone I'd give him 5 stars. Unfortunately I had a really bad experience from the billing lady down to the entodontist who did my root canal. Lady at billing no matter how many times I tried telling her I was not able to finance both teeth for a root canal she was heavily insistent on it even though I told her my financial issues. Now the real problem I had was the ortho who was so rude/nasty towards me because I was afraid of needles She had barely put on the numbing cream on my gums and when I started to get nervous at the needle she started hugging and puffing saying how she just had to do both root canals that day to get it over with because I shouldn't be acting this way. I have gotten a root canal done before through PBA insurance in the city and it was by far the best experience I had getting a root canal done, unfortunately I don't have that insurance now and had to come here. I've never felt so mistreated in my entire life there was such a lack of empathy I don't even want to come back for my cavity fill.

The environment is extremely clean and the dentist, Dr. Ndoj and his assistant, Yho, are amazing. I had a deep cavity filling and it was 100% painless and it only took a few minutes. I highly recommend and will be suggesting this practice to my friends and family.

They will say they take your insurance but your insurance doesn't cover what they want to do. They code procedures wrong so you can pay out of pocket and the tell you it's not covered because they use something different than what the insurance will pay for. I have tried with them for 2 years straight I'm done.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ndoj's at Concerned Dental Care of Westchester for years and he's the BEST!!! His professionalism and caring nature is one of a kind. I needed a few fillings throughout the years and he is so gentle compared to previous dentist I've had in the past. Paola is an amazing hygienist as well. Waited 4 months for an appointment just for it to be cancelled the day of. I wasnt aware it was cancelled until the morning of. There reasoning was due to an unconfirmed call the day before- but it turns out they had the wrong number on file. I took the day off from work already so tried to find any accommodations and they told me there book till October. (Another 4 months)

This place really went down hill recently. Long wait (I waited over 1 1/2 hours last visit), disorganization and did I mention the wait time?? I have been coming here for a long time & this is truly disappointing to see a place go down hill.
