I try to make an appointment with this office and I couldn't get thru as a new patient. I called as to change an existing appointment just to get thru and the lady who answered the phone was so disrespectful and condescending. She asked me what type of insurance I had without pausing to give me a chance to answer, I manage to ask her if I could give her my ID#, to which she replied "No and stop interrupting" I listen quietly the rest of her instructions and when she finish she asked me which was my question. I responded, I don't have any question any more, is obvious that you have a large amount of patient and a very short patience to get new one. Thank her and terminated the call. Concern Dental Care is not concern.

Absolutely horrible. The front desk doesn't help at all. They told me they will not take my cash payment if I have insurance which is ridiculous. Their office looks horrible and unhygienic. The only good thing there is the actual knowledge of the dentist MR. BORIS. GOOD LUCK GETTING HELP FROM HERE

This is by far the worst place I have been to. All they want is the money and they will do anything to get it. These guys milked me of every penny without insurance for something they knew needed a specific treatment. They did cleaning and then a deeper cleaning, x-ray, etc. After they've done all the unnecessary they told me to do the one thing they should have done first and foremost but it cost me.

I Went here on October 10, 2022 for gum pain, I was told I need my teeth cleaned. Because my teeth need to be cleaned could cause gum pain. I was given an appointment for February 3, 2023 to have my teeth cleaned. I guess I am supposed to walk around for four months with gum pain. Visiting this dental office was a complete waste of my time.

I am a New patient and everytime i call to make an appointment, emergency or for other questions. They put me on hold. It's ridiculous!!! I respect that it might be busy but you should have more people working there so that at least someone else can pick up the phone and talk, i had to call back again so many times and all they did is put me on hold. I Wouldn't recommend going here.

This place is trash. The staff is very unprofessional, they are not very helpful. I called in for an appointment because I was experiencing a lot of pain I was told they can't see me the day I called in, and the dentist won't be in for the rest of the week because his wife was giving birth when I ask what I'm supposed to do regarding the pain I was experiencing I was told to go find another dentist that will take my insurance. A bunch of incompetent fools including the dentist.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, I only made an appointment here because of the few good reviews, which must be false. I've had two appointments and still wasn't able to get a cleaning, maybe because the hygienist was too busy talking in the hallway. They overbook and then tell you they don't have enough time to finish up with you then reschedule you for another day. Worst dental office I've ever been to, I don't plan on coming back. Stear clear of this place, unless you don't mind having your time wasted.

I just got here and I'm already annoyed. The building is kind nasty. I'm in the waiting area and there are several people waiting and no chairs left to sit down. So how long will I be standing here? The staff has given me no information or even asked my name. I would never have picked this place I got it from the list the insurance company sent me and it's close to my home. I will write another review after I see the dentist, whenever that may be!

This place is a SCAM. Made me pay 75 dollars for a " consultation " only to tell me they don't do wisdom tooth extractions. I made it very clear what I needed to done when I schedule this appointment. Rude staff and the office is rundown and disgusting . Don't waste your time here
