The staff is amazing - everyone from the front desk to the hygienist and the dentists deserve 5 stars. But the office maintenance is so neglected- broken tiles in the entryway, heating units falling apart, and it looks like the office hasn't been updated since the 80s. It is very unkempt and unsettling for a healthcare facility. This seems to be a trend with Concerned Dentals offices. Given the quality and talent of the staff, you would think management would want to present the offices as clean, safe and well-kept...

Our prior dentist dropped our insurance, thank goodness we found Concerned Dental Care of Hauppauge, the doctors are dedicated & compassionate, staff is so personal and professional, very detailed in every steps to have healthy teeth. They've reinstated our whole confidence in Dental treatment.

Concerned Dental Care is wonderful place do go and take care of your ALL dental problems. dr. C.E. Campos is AMAZING dentist who try to help her patient any possible way to make your smile look the best possible way.So far and I'm 72 years old this is my best dental experience in my all life. The office staff are SO NICE, kind and professional, everyone just doing great job! Just BIG THANK YOU ! dr.CAMPOS and EVERYONE in office who take wonderful care of my dental issues

Super professional super got me in and out every time!! My first time going to a dentist in 11 years and they got me in got every thing up to date for my records did my cleaning and had me in and out. I had one cavity that needed filling they worked with my schedule got me in and out with in 20 minutes. Hands down best customer service I have gotten all 2019. Also they deserve a HOLIDAY PARTY thanks guys for everything see you for my next cleaning!!!

10-2019 Do not go to any off their offices. It appears that this company Including Jay Fensterstock owner of Concerned Dental Care are not concerned with their patients outcomes. I have read so many bad reviews on so many websites now that I wish I had never went. I saw Eugene G. Herman in Farmingville he became very abusive using profanities ( F words towards me directly ) and became unnecessary rough as he broke my tooth off leaving roots sticking out my gum. He didn't discuss any thing with me until I asked and he sighed and dismissed my concerns giving no explanation or understanding to leaving the roots exposed as he did. The suture was never tied and fell out in the car ride home. I plan to contact the Dental Association and file a formal complaint with my insurance company. Mr. Herman was sued in 2015 for similar behavior. I am contacting a Lawyer to see if I can sue Concerned Dental Care and Eugene G. Herman. If you value yourself and your family's health do not go to any of their offices. Most reviews have bad outcomes. Stop these people from their abuse and neglect.

I have no problem with the staff or dentists. I dont like the billing department. Every time I go the price changes and not in a good way

I have beengoing to Concerned Dental Care of Hauppauge for 4 years because they participated with my insurance plan. After performing procedures that should have be covered under my insurance plan, I was informed that they no longer participated with my insurance. They never told me prior to the appt. Not even when I checked in. They charged $354.00 for a cleaning and xrays. Why was I not informed prior to the procedures that they no longer participated? They still list the insurance company on their website. The insurance company still has them listed as participants. Call them each time you have an appointment to check if they still participate with your insurance company.

Went in for cleaning and xray as a new patient. They told me they took my insurance plan and made me sign the waiver. Come to find out at the end of my visit I owe them nearly $400 cause they dont participate in my plan. Thanks

Dr. Pan is great! He performed an extremely difficult surgical extraction with ease. He explained all the pros and cons of the procedure and made me comfortable to go through it. Most dentists feared doing the work, but he took it on flawlessly.. He contacted me personally to check up and make sure there were no issues after the oral surgery. Which I've had none! Highly recommend concerned dental and Dr. Pan

Long time patient of this practice. Always felt in good hands with Dr. Soria. Called eight times on a Saturday to request an emergency visit for sudden onset of a severe toothache, but no one answered the phone. Left a message and no one returned the call. Called again on Monday and WAS TREATED VERY RUDELY BY KATHY. I explained the pain I was having for the past three days, but was told that I'd have to wait another three days to be seen. I understand I'm not the only person in the world who needs an appointment, so I asked what I should do in the meantime should the pain to continue to get worse. KATHY WAS UNWILLING TO OFFER ANY ADVICE, and disclosed she had only been working there for two months. I asked that Dr. Soria give me a quick call when he had a chance during his day. KATHY PROCEEDED TO CURTLY REPLY, "I'LL LEAVE HIM A NOTE," AND THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME.
