The front office staff needs to be retrained on customer service stat!!! Been a patient for 10 years, never been late or canceled an apt. Yesterday I had my car broken into and had to call my daughter for a ride... I tried to call several times to inform them I was having car trouble and was going to be late, but all I got was an answering service. My daughter arrives at the office, 10 minutes late. The lady at the front desk tells her, "you're late, we took another patient, plus you owe a late fee." I understand they are a busy office, but have a little patience! I have sat waiting for the Dr. 20-30 minutes, they can't wait 10 for me?? I had a horrific day, only to be turned away and charged a fee! I guess being a loyal patient of 10 years gets you nothing! Needless to say, I pulled my entire family from this office and found another dental office. I would hope in the future, this office changes their policy and has more compassion and respect for their patients.
