Dr. Rainey was raised in Refugio, Texas. His father was not only the towns dentist, but he was also a well-known lecturer in micro-dentistry. Having grown up very familiar with the dental field, it was a natural progression for Dr. Tim Rainey to be drawn to dentistry himself. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and then went on to dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
Dr. Rainey received the FAGD title, which stands for Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry. To earn the FAGD, a dentist must complete a minimum of 500 continuing dental education credit hours, pass a comprehensive exam and have been an AGD member for three continuous years.
Dr. Rainey provides advanced dental care, and he has averaged approximately 80 hours of continuing education every year since graduating from dental school. In his quest to provide exceptional dentistry, he has furthered his knowledge and skills by attending the Pankey Continuum for Advanced Dental Education in Florida. Additionally, for the past 3 years, Dr. Rainey has been recognized in Texas Monthlys Superdentists issue, which recognizes some of the top dentists in Texas.
Dr. Fritsche received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. She received a Clinical Excellence Award, after completing her Bachelor of Arts in Biology at Texas A & M in College Station.
She believes in the most minimally invasive individualized approach to treatment planning while making patient comfort a priority from kids to adults. Dr. Fritsche is committed to staying current on the latest dental technology and techniques with continued education which includes training at the prestigious Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education.
She is a member of the Guadalupe Valley Dental Society, the Texas Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. When not busy practicing dentistry, Dr. Fritsche enjoys spending time with her family, and with their family poodle, Hudson.
Michelle has been in the dental field for 40 years in all aspects of the dental office. She has remained our front desk director for over 10 years, and is the first smile you see when you arrive. Michelle enjoys interacting and building a trusted relationship with all of our patients to ensure each has a wonderful experience.
Michelle has lived in Victoria all of her life and has two grown married children and a granddaughter that she loves spending time with whenever she can. In her free time, not only does Michelle enjoy being with her family which summertime by the pool is her favorite, but she is devoted to her church Faith Family Church for many years.
Jessica is a graduate of Wharton Community Junior College. She joined our practice in 2015 where she has helped to maintain our patients beautiful smiles. Jessica truly enjoys helping patients improve their oral health, and creating a caring relationship with our patients over the years.
Jessica and her husband, Luke, welcomed their son Graton into the world in 2020. They added on to their family of 2 dogs, Daisy and Chubbs, and a cat, Ringo. Jessicas favorite things to do are quality time with family, and golfing, cooking, traveling, and trying new foods with Luke. In her spare time, she also enjoys volunteering at her church, Northside Baptist.

Excellent dentistry! They have done a lot of work on my teeth and are wonderful. Great staff, friendly, caring, and patient. Dr. Rainey is wonderful, gentle and has a great demeanor. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I hadn't been to the dentist in over 4 years, for a cleaning. My last time was with Dr. Tim Rainey and my experience was wonderful. The only reason I waited so long was because I just didn't get around to scheduling a dental visit and time flies so quickly. I decided to come back to his practice, even though he was not in network with my dental plan because of how great my previous experience was; I made the right choice. The dental X-rays (3D) were amazing and everything was shown to me and explained. Dr. Rainey is the only dentist (of the many I have seen throughout my life) who explains everything he's looking at and finds. He leaves no stone unturned and ensures his patient completely understands what's going on. His procedures are also pain-free (fillings and cleanings by the dental techs) which is a major bonus since I had a horrible experience as a child and was basically left with PTS when it comes to dentists, but I don't feel anxious or nervous when I come to Dr. Rainey's office. Dental is not considered to be a medical priority, but after he explained what he looks for and his findings , I realized, it seriously should be. I have always said he is the best dentist around and have always recommended his services to anyone who asks for a referral to a good dentist. I'm glad I came back to Dr. Tim Rainey and will continue to do so for as long as I can. (I also bring my family to him.)

I have always had a fear of dentists because of horrible experiences in the past. Thankfully, I have found a place where I have no fear and they treat me in such a friendly and comforting way. I wont go anywhere else.

Like many, I was extremely afraid and nervous to go to the dentist. After a few years I finally went for a checkup and was seen by Jessica. She was very kind and helped distract me from my nerves. I ended up getting a deep clean on one side of my mouth on my first visit and they put on Netflix and gave me noise cancelling headphones to distract me. By the time of my second visit my nerves were gone. Highly recommend this office!

I absolutely love this place. This is top of the line dental care. Each one of the staff go out of their way to greet you and smile. The office Is full of peace, joy and order. Scheduling doesn't take forever. They get me in and out quickly. There is rarely a wait time! The hygienists are competent and super gentle, leaving my teeth pearly white! Dr Rainey always know what to do to fix a problem area and he gets the procedures right the first time. They are always up front about the cost of treatment , so I'm prepared and the prices are fair. I do not want a budget dentist, lol. This place has it together! Not changing dentists

This was by far the best dentist experience I ever had. Dr. Rainey was extremely knowledgable and was able to use 3d photos of my teeth to show me what was going on in my mouth. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a family dentist in the Victoria area!
