Dr. Stegmann and Dr. Artis strive to stay current on leading trends in cosmetic dentistry, implants, root canal therapy, and more.

From the dental assistants and hygienists to the office manager, each member of the team works hand-in-hand to provide essential support to our dental team and their patients. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality of dental care as possible. We do so by cultivating a warm, caring, and comfortable environment filled with committed professionals. We form relationships with our patients, and were proud to say weve cared for families as their children have grown from little ones to graduating seniors, keeping their pearly whites healthy along the way. We also help families by delivering sensible and straightforward payment plans and methods and working with your insurance company.
Born and raised in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Stegmann received a Bachelor of Science degree from Maryville University and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, with an honors certificate in Endodontics. After graduation, he went into private practice with Brookwood Dental Group.
Dr. Stegmann is an active member In the American Dental Association, Missouri Dental Association, Greater St Louis Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, International Association of Orthodontics, and International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He keeps up-to-date on the newest techniques and technologies by attending courses in cosmetic dentistry, implants, oral cancer screening, root canal therapy, oral surgery, and porcelain crowns. Dr. Stegmann is also certified in Invisalign. In his spare time, Dr. Stegmann enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, playing golf and coaching.

I feel so blessed that when searching for a new Dentist several years ago I stumbled upon Dr Stegeman. He has changed my life solving so many issues for me. He told me I could fix my bite or look forward to dentures in my future. I needed Invisalign. I thought I was too old but it wasn't about a pretty smile. That was a side affect! I no longer have headaches, neck pain and some other symptoms but have the smile that wearing braces for 5 years in my teens did not solve.. I look forward to my visits.

Due to many moves it has been years since I've actually been to a dentists. But those working at Comprehensive Family Dental took care of me and put me on the right track to correcting the issues I've had. I appreciate the team and anyone considering going should definitely give them a chance. :)

I have been a patient at Comprehensive Family Dental for several years now! I have never had an issue or complaint! All the staff is amazing! Claudia (the hygienist I see) is always so sweet and gentle during cleanings! Dr Stegeman is amazing! I've also done Invisalign with the office...Marybeth, Pam, Morgan, everyone is soo helpful...they are all above and beyond kind of people!
