Dr. Kim performed a procedure on my 2 year old son. She gave us all the information we needed to make the procedure as comfortable and easy as it could possibly be and put great effort and compassion into the work done for us. My son came home smiling and happy like nothing happened! Love Dr. Ng, Dr. Kim, and everyone at this practice :)

Dr. Sung Min Kim is very nice! She explained all procedure very kindly and showed me before and after resin based restoration. Feel very comfortable and highly recommend :)

My recent visit at Dr. Ng's office was very good. The person who helped me was Brooke and she was very professional, explained everything she was doing to my teeth. Brooke took her time with me and I never felt rushed. I am very pleased with the service she provided. All my visits to Dr. Ng's office has always been positive. This office deserves 5 stars. Thank you for all you do. Every employee in the office deserves 5 stars. Thank you, Sharon Leonard.

Fine - staff gave me a quick appt. Staff and Dr Rae were thorough. Gave me 2 estimates, talked with me and my husband. Trying to contact ma doctor to approve the treatment. Look forward to being treated by all of you.

I have been with Dr Ng (and now Dr Kim) since Dr Ng first began practicing here in Ithaca. As dentists, both are committed to the pursuit of mastery and excellence. They know "there is no finish line". They are always improving their skills and knowledge. Both offices have the latest in technology and equipment. I am a "special case" challenge, with many dental problems. Both are eager to work WITH me to improve my health. They welcome and enjoy solving problems. And both are compassionate and humorous human beings. I honestly look forward to my visits with both of them.

These folks are great. Really friendly office with a perfectly casual & professional vibe. It doesn't feel overly clinical - I think because people who work there seem to really like it. Cypress the assistant today was very helpful in soothing my nervousness, and Heather the hygienist from my previous visit was not only friendly and thorough with the cleaning, but she also taught me a lot about my mouth! Dr. Ng was my dentist today who did some fillings and pulled a wisdom tooth. Who thought a dentist could be fun, but she is. Her humor put me at ease and I felt safe in her care. It's evident that comfort is a huge priority there. The bill matched the estimate which was nice (oof have I been burned at other places). Oh, and lots of people have fun hair there :-)

Caveat: You pay in full for the total cost of each visit, then Joyce and team submits the claim files immediately to the dental insurance provider and you're reimbursed with a check usually within one business week. That said, you'll be VERY hard pressed to find more attentive, expert care in this team. Heather, the hygienist, is wonderful and really good at cleaning and photographing teeth, and Dr. Kim is kind, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable. I'm sorry I was at a different dentist for so many years! This is my last stop.

Both Dr. Ng and Dr. Kim are outstanding. They went out of their way to accommodate my elderly dad, and did an excellent job resolving his complex dental issues. We were referred to this practice after another dentist at another office told my dad there's nothing they could do for him at his age. Drs. Ng and Kim were not only brilliant dentists, but also had compassion and patience to explain the issues and resolution. When we were sitting in the waiting area, a young patient was leaving and stopped to tell us how great these dentists are. We couldn't agree more. I would highly recommend this practice.
