Dr. Felicia D. Singletary is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University where she obtained her undergraduate degree (BS) in Professional Biology. Dr. Singletary immediately went on to obtain her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Upon completion of her dental education, Dr. Singletary decided to enhance her knowledge in the dental field by completing a Hospital Dental Residency Program. She was accepted into the College of Physician and Surgeons of Columbia University at the Harlem Hospital Center where she completed a two (2) year residency program. She served as the Chief Resident during her second year. Because of her superior knowledge, work ethic, and commitment to providing top quality dentistry to her patients, Dr. Singletary was offered and accepted a position to serve as the Dental Director for the Columbia University Community Dent-Care program. She served as an educator to graduate dentists and helped to grow and expand the program to three (3) state of the art facilities in Northern Manhattan, New York. Dr. Singletary served as the Dental Director to all 3 facilities before deciding to move back to the state what was so influential during her formative years.
In 2006 Dr. Singletary opened the Comprehensive Dental Center of North Carolina and is committed to providing top quality dentistry with courtesy and respect to all. She still enjoys teaching young people and has therefore implemented a Dental Assistant Training Program at her facility located in Rocky Mount NC. This program was designed to give career opportunities to young people interested in the field of dentistry.

The staff are very sweet & respectful! The only thing about this dentist is their wait time is horrible, they bring you to the back sit you in the room and leave you for at least an hour before they come by. Then if you need treatment you will be there about 2 more hours! They really need to get some guidelines in order on time frames! Please if you work do NOT think you are going to be able to use your break time to come see them, you will NEED to take a full day! So so glad my children do NOT go there! This will be my LAST time coming!!!! FYI: I did HAVE an appointment that day, I did not get fit in!!! Now there has been times where I was fitted in and the wait time was not even as bad as it was this particular day

I took my adult son for a visit here. The charge was $380 dollars. He got a dental exam, x-rays and a statement of future charges for needed dental work. However, they did not clean his teeth. No dental care kit. Nothing.

Sometimes the wait time can be a little long, but it's worth it. The staff are great are always very professional. Each time I visit, I see a different dentist which I also don't mind. What I do mind is that on two separate occasions, It felt they were mechanics as apposed to dentist working on my teeth. Love the business but, I really hope to never deal with those two Jiffy lubers again.

Thanks to the hold staff for taking care of all my needs and so patiently they try to take care of everyone you look in the door you gonna get help it takes times and a caring staff to show they are so caring and long hours they could say no my time with my family is valuable to but I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your long hours and dedication I will wait patiently for my call

I waited in the waiting room over an hr. After getting to the back my bp was up. I was soo irritated. My appt was at 10 30, it is now 12. I haven't gotten anything cleaned yet. I think this will be my last time coming here. It's very time consuming

I was in good hands the whole time. Extremely professional and seeing in person what I saw on the website will keep me coming back. I only knew about the dental care center in Wilson and Greenville. Now, I can say I'm confident Comprehensive Dental Center can get the job done.

Today was my kids first time seeing a dentist. From start to finish they eased my kids anxieties as well as mine!!! Our dental hygienists were great, and the experience with Dr. Singletary was great. Both the Dr., and the hygienists explained everything to my kids as well as myself which was awesome and reassuring. This was a great first experience for my kids.

Avoid this office at all costs. My wife went here for a workers comp claim, but the care is so bad they are moving her to a new dentist. The dentist numbed her with 2 injections and after waiting 45 minutes was told "he left and we're not sure when he'll be back." This was her 5th visit here because they could never get it right. She won't be back.

I love love love Comprehensive Dental. Today was my child's first dental appointment. The staff is so caring and very patient with the kids. Want to send a special THANK YOU, to Francisco and to Rashad for picking him to care of my child. My child told Francisco multiple times that she was scared and he was so patient with her and very understanding. He even taught me a few things and showed me what was really bothering her. Of course we will be going back. Thank you all!!!!!

They so sloppy, they over book!! After waiting in front, they call you to wait more in the back before you even get a room. Stop over booking. Anyway my appt was @9am on July 8, left @10:20. I'm done. I will find another dentist that appreciates people time

When you are able to bee seen for a scheduled appt it is great. But more than half of my appts keep getting rescheduled, most same day because they say they have one dental hygenist and is always having family emergencies.

I was there from 8:30am until 12:50. Over four and half hours for teeth cleaning and extraction of 1 tooth. The staff was nice and all but I spent 4 of those hours basically waiting. At one point my butt fell asleep from sitting so long. I had an appointment, I was not a walk in.
