Dr. Joe Parets attended the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry in 2009. Following graduation, he completed a year of advance training at the Hartford Hospital General Practice Residency program.
Dr. Sara Kerin is a Hartford native. She did her undergraduate work at Georgetown University and completed her dental education at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, graduating with honors in 2013. While at UConn she coordinated numerous community outreach programs also spending time in the Dominican Republic educating and treating patients in an underserved village near Santo Domingo.
After dental school Dr. Kerin moved to Colorado to attend the Denver VA Hospital'sGeneral Practice Residency program where she was exposed to advanced treatment modalities, including implant placement. She practiced dentistry in Colorado for 5 years before returning back to Connecticut to join Comprehensive Dental Care.
Dr. Kerin is a member of the American Dental Association, the Connecticut Dental Association, the Hartford Dental Society, and the Spear Study Club. She lives in Bloomfield with her fiance and two German Shepherds. In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading, seeing live music and being outside. From hiking to snowboarding to paddle boarding, she loves being active.
Dr. Rosenlieb earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Bucknell University, and he received his D.M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Rosenlieb is a member of the American Dental Association, the CSDA, and the Hartford Dental Society.
Dr. Abel received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University. He is also a graduate of The University of Connecticut Dental School where he successfully completed a two-year post-graduate Family Practice Residency program. Dr. Abel is a member of the American Dental Association, the CSDA and the Hartford Dental Society. He is also a member of The Academy of Osseointegration.
Dr. Alexander is a graduate of The University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy and the New York University College of Dentistry. He served an internship at The New York French and Polyclinic Hospital and Medical School and a residency in General Dentistry at The University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Alexander went on to serve as a clinical Associate Professor in the Department of General Dentistry at the UConn dental school. Dr. Alexander is a member of the American Dental Association, the CSDA, and the Hartford Dental Society. He is also a Fellow of The Academy of General Dentistry and a member of The Academy of Osseointegration.
Dr. Alexander resides in Avon and loves to spend his spare time on the golf course, in the garden, at the theater or movies and following his two sons, Brad and Jed, who are pursuing careers in the entertainment industry.
Galina and her family emigrated to the United States from the former Soviet Union in 1989. She has one grown daughter who lives and works in Miami. Reading, traveling and spending time with her family and friends are Galinas favorite pastimes.
Cheryl lives in West Hartford and has a grown daughter who is pursuing a nursing degree. Cheryl also has two young step-children and is very busy with their activities! If Cheryl has any free time, she enjoys outdoor activities especially the beach!
Kelley lives in Unionville with her husband, three sons, two cats and a dog. During the warm weather, she and her family enjoy boating on Tyler Lake. Kelley loves cooking and maintains a large garden in the summer.

Outstanding! Dr Abel DDS is the very best. I broke a back tooth shortly after spine surgery- I couldn't sit without extreme discomfort but I needed my tooth fixed- the tooth was cutting into my cheek. Dr Abel worked with my limitations and was able to fill my tooth. He was so understanding of my situation and was very careful not to cause more discomfort. The entire staff there are very kind and professional. Thanks for a exceptional experience!

Irina was brilliant today in looking at my teeth for the first time ever. She found things that no one else could have found, and I so appreciate the care that she took to both do her job of cleaning, and chat about important oral health issues and dental care access for all patients, not just those on private insurance. Great care, great office, it can't get better in dental care.

I have written 5 star reviews before for Comprehensive Dental but I am writing another one because they continue to deliver the best service out there. I have been seeing Dr. Parets for Dental work and Karen for cleanings for years and they are both amazing. Dr. Parets is a perfectionist. I say this because I can always tell that when he works on me he is very focused on his work and ensures that whatever he is doing comes out perfect. I never feel any pain or discomfort and he makes every procedure easy to get through. All the work he does comes out fantastic. I have also referred several people to Dr. Parets due to this and they all end up loving him as well. Dr. Parets is always honest about what work is needed and what is not. He has a great bedside manner as well but again I sincerely appreciate and recognize his focus during procedures and attention to detail. The office staff continues to be very friendly and helpful as well. I can't rave enough about this practice!!!
