Dr. Foster graduated from the University of Miami with a double major in Biology and Marine Science. He worked and studied in Australia for several years before going on to study dentistry at the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery where he was president of the Prosthodontic Honors Society. He completed a residency at the West Palm Beach VA Hospital in West Palm Beach, Florida where he refined his skills in periodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery as well as anesthesia, pharmacology, oral medicine, and medical emergencies. Dr. Foster remains passionate about continuing education and is committed to remaining on the forefront of dental treatment and technology.
He has been a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) since 2002 and currently a participating member of the Maryland State Dental Association, the Southern Maryland Dental Society, the Potomac Dental Study Club, the Greater Washington Area Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the Academy of Osseointegration (AO), and the International Team for Implantology (ITI).
Neda is passionate about dental hygiene and manages all things hygiene in our office. This includes cleanings, scaling and root planning, oral cancer and pathology screenings, and routine radiology. She genuinely cares about her patients health and enjoys educating them on good health practices.
In 2009, Neda received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery where she was selected to participate in the Periodontal Honors Program. As an evaluator for Clinicians Choice Foundation, a premier independent research group, she investigates the efficacy and usefulness of new dental products for dentists and hygienists. Neda continues to update her knowledge through continuing education courses.
Born and raised in Iran, Neda moved to the United State in 2004. She is fluent in English and Farsi and speaks a little German as well. Neda enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.
