CompleteCare operates 19 locations throughout Gloucester, Cumberland and Cape May Counties all of which are accredited by the Joint Commission and certified as Patient Centered Medical Homes - the new gold standard in health care. Services offered at these locations include: primary medical,dental, pediatrics, OB/GYN, counseling and other specialties,all of which areadministered by Board-Certified providers and connected through a robust Electronic Health Record system.Many ofour servicesare also offered under one roof to make it easier for patients to access care. CompleteCare is dedicated to ensuring that care provided at our health centers is patient centered, comprehensive, coordinated, accessible, high quality, safe and effective.

They not have real doctors they don't tell you that when setting up the appointment till after you accept the appt then you Get a text message saying that you will see a nurse practinesser and they have no clue as to what is needed plus they want to push the flu shot and after I said no they still wanted to push the issue so I wouldn't send anyone to them it's a dam shame they can't get a real doctor to work in the office but I guess its the people that don't care who they see

Terrible!! "Miss Crystal" dental has repeatedly for two years made me wait 1-1/2 hours past scheduled appointment time, or told me I don't have an appointment even though I've received multiple automated reminders. The past two appointments I did the online Checkin, showed up early, and still Crystal kept me waiting 1-1/2 hours until I had to walk out for the first appt. When I returned for the second, she made me wait 45 mins then said my appt would not be honored because I walked out on the previous. This place is a scam: they make you Checkin on line so they can bill insurance, then deny care so you have to keep rebooking. DO NOT GO HERE! REPORT ANY ABUSE to your insurance company! BUST THESE FRAUDSTERS!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE FOR DENTAL! This place is a scam for unnecessary dental work!!! This office told me my daughter had 12 cavities and their policy is to only fill one cavity per visit. (so 12 separately billed visits) Sounded super suspish, so I took her to another dentist office for a second opinion and she actually only had 1 cavity. Save your time, money, and teeth!

Not my story but my girlfriend used to live here and they barely gave her any anesthetic, and got angry at her for complaining. In response, they gave her too much anesthetic and she was numb for days.

Second time I've made appointments and both times when I showed up for them I'm magically not in the system after confirming the appointments. I had the texts, email and phone calls to prove I had both appointments after waiting almost two hours for them to try to see me agor dental because of emergency I had to walk out. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Crystal the dental team leader gets stuff done!! While sitting in the waiting room I watched/listened to her handle multiple incredibly goofy situations of people being unreasonable and inconsiderate and she handled everything gracefully yet firmly. Every patient that walked through the door she knew by name and greeted with genuine happiness. We were new patients and she made us feel as though we have been going there for years. She was also juggling many responsibilities at once and I saw her in the front, the back, manning her station, sanitizing the waiting room, this woman did not stop. Dr. Morrison was very patient and thorough with explaining to me what we were looking at on my child's X-rays. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. I won't lie I was definitely on the fence about giving complete care a chance but thanks to Crystal and Dr. Morrison I think we made the right decision.

I was kind of worried going here because of the reviews, but I really needed a prescription to be refilled. Everyone here was actually so nice and efficient from the lady at the front desk to the nurse and the doctor. They were incredibly helpful with me when I was confused about my insurance (or lack there of). I had to wait a bit in between seeing the nurse and the doctor, but nothing crazy.
