This small operation has grown over the past several decades to become the second largest Federally Qualified Health Centerin NewJersey. With a mission grounded in providinglow-income and otherwise health disparate people with high-quality, affordable and accessible health services, CompleteCare is dedicated to opening the doors to care for all of those who need it - no matter their age, income, insurance status or ability to pay.
CompleteCare operates 19 locations throughout Gloucester, Cumberland and Cape May Counties all of which are accredited by the Joint Commission and certified as Patient Centered Medical Homes - the new gold standard in health care. Services offered at these locations include: primary medical,dental, pediatrics, OB/GYN, counseling and other specialties,all of which areadministered by Board-Certified providers and connected through a robust Electronic Health Record system.Many ofour servicesare also offered under one roof to make it easier for patients to access care. CompleteCare is dedicated to ensuring that care provided at our health centers is patient centered, comprehensive, coordinated, accessible, high quality, safe and effective.
In addition tosuperior health services, CompleteCare also offers patients amenities such as: Medicaid and Health Insurance Marketplace enrollment assistance, Care Management services, translation services, a Low Cost Pharmacy Program, an online Patient Portal that allows patients to refill prescriptions, message providers and more online, walk-inconvenient care centers for emergent health needsand so much more. Wife and I have been going here all year. Haven't had a single issue with scheduling. Their text system to remind you is super convenient. The longest I've had to wait when arriving for my appointment was 10 minutes. Once you go in, yes there are several rooms and the dentists and technicians bounce around kinda like a factory BUT duh, this is how they keep their costs down and profits up. I get it. And I've heard wonderful things they do for those who don't have insurance and need a dentist but can't afford the insanely high rates of private dentists. Also worth noting my follow-up appointments are usually a week or so out so they do a pretty good job of getting you what you need in a timeline manner. Never had a dental emergency so can't speak to that end. Just had my latest filling done and was in and out in an hour with no issues. Thanks! Last point I'll make on here as I see the reviews, the number of people they crank through that office, 23 reviews is next to nothing and the amount of time in between the reviews lately I think kinda says something in the last year has changed. Update 10/20, just got my annual cleaning and still a fantastic experience! If the employees got any more polite I would swear they were androids lol

Went in for filling and was told can't fill my tooth for another 3 months.. so dentist stated don't have time to do it today even tho I had appointment for today she didn't have time.... so let me have a tooth with exposed cavity for the next 3 month and hope i dont get a infection...will never go back to them or referr again..

All the staff at CCDP are very professional. I called with an emergency tooth ache and they said come right in. They took care of me at the initial visit and the Dr and her nurses helped me with my " anxiety" about the dentist office. I'm going back to have additional work done to my teeth.
