Dr. Bryan Couch has always called Texas home, although he's been fortunate to live in Venezuela and Pennsylvania as well. Dr. Couch attended Texas A&M University, where he served as a member of the Corps of Cadets. He served in the US Army in the Medical Service Corps and in the US Army Reserve as a dentist. After graduating in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree, he attended Baylor College of Dentistry. In 1985, he opened his family and cosmetic dental practice in Coppell, where he has practiced ever since. In this time, he also attended Dallas Theological Seminary where he completed a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies. Outside of the office, he is involved in a variety of dental organizations, lectures on digital dentistry, and teaches courses in Advanced Digital Dentistry at Planmeca University. In his free time, Dr. Couch enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, reading, and, of course, supporting the Aggies. Gig'em!
Dr. Burkert graduated from Temple University with a Bachelors in Biochemistry and then moved on to Texas A&M University College of Dentistry to receive her DDS. She loves to work with her patients to help them achieve their oral health goals. Seeing their satisfaction with treatment is her favorite thing about being a dentist. Her passion for health and having a tangible way to help others and make a difference are the reasons she became one! Outside of the office, Dr. Burkert loves to practice yoga, read, be outdoors, spend time with her friends and family, and get involved at her church. She also has a passion for living a holistic healthy life and hopes to educate her patients on how oral health and overall health are all connected.
Marsha received her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene at Tarrant County College in Hurst, Texas. She has been in the dental field since 1985. After spending a year as an assistant to Dr. Couch, Marsha returned to school to continue studying Dental Hygiene. Upon completing her Hygiene degree in 1998, she returned to Complete Smiles to stay. When asked about her favorite part of being a hygienist, Marsha notes how much she loves working with people and getting to know her patients on a personal level. Marsha has lived in Coppell since 1992 and is an active member of her church and the local community. In her free time, Marsha enjoys spending time with her family.
Melanie grew up here in Coppell, Texas, and knows the area well. She has recently graduated from the Dental Studio of Carrollton as a dental assistant and joined the Complete Smiles team in 2018. Although she is young and new to the field, she values caring for patients and learning as much as she can to better herself and the team. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her golden retriever, Max.

I was a first time appointment here the front staff were friendly and greeted me at the door. The hygienist Julie was also great very professional. Dr.couch came in talked with me and we went over the best plan for me. Dr.couch was very informative and respectful.

Dr DaNice Couch was fantastic!! The whole staff was great to work with as well. Incredibly professional. Efficient and the best dental experience I have ever had!! I highly recommend them!!

I am new to the area was searching for a dentist. A friend told me how great this place was, so decided to try it out for myself! I had an awesome experience every step of the way. From scheduling to my actual visit, everything was seamless. I saw Dr. Danice Couch and really enjoyed my appointment with her. She was so knowledgeable and caring. Her entire staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with Complete Smiles! I have been there several times and never leave disappointed. I had my teeth whitened and they were very gentle and careful because they knew my teeth were sensitive. I also asked Dr. Bryan Couch what we could do about a small gap I had in between my 2 front teeth and he suggested doing a bonding. Wow, what a difference! I love my new smile and my teeth have never looked better!

I've been a LONG time patient of Dr. Couch's. My kids (who are now grown) and husband are also patients. Dr Couch & Marsha are the best. The entire office from scheduling to cleaning to the orthodontist are kind & professional. Also they are the best cosmetic dentists in the area. Five stars.

I have been going to see Dr. Bryan Couch & Marsha P. ( incredible hygienist ) for at least 25 years!!!! This is the only place I feel secure :) They are honest & include the patient re: the plan of care. They are kind and thoughtful & I rarely have any discomfort when I have had procedures done!!! We moved to Flower Mound 3 yrs ago, but we have NO intention of giving up the very best dental care available ********

Have used Drs Couch for years and have never had a negative experience. Office staff is friendly and efficient. Both dentists are excellent and their hygienist Marsha, is the best, gentlest I have ever been to!!
