Dr. Millard earned her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry at the East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine in Greenville, North Carolina. Following her graduation from dental school, Dr. Millard completed a general dentistry residency through East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine. During this residency, she gained valuable experience in the areas of full-mouth reconstruction, dental implants, and periodontal treatments. After her residency, Dr. Millard worked as an associate in a private practice in Monroe, NC.
Today, she is committed to providing the highest quality dentistry and utilizes the latest in dental and clinical technology. She ensures patient comfort during every step of treatment and prides herself on the quality of her care and results. When not working, Dr. Millard loves learning about dentistry! She is an active member of the North Carolina Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. I went to Complete Dentistry of Midland more or less for an independent evaluation of my dental status. I found the staff to be helpful, they communicated clearly, and the evaluation was probably the most thorough that I have had in my life. They were good about communicating their findings to my local desist in the Orlando area. I could not recommend them more!

Amazing experience! The best dental care I've received. Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable! I always dreaded going to the dentist before I started going to Complete Dentistry. The entire team and Dr. Millard are all super welcoming. Olivia was my hygienist and was excited to show me my progress and pictures from over last two years. I loved the team's enthusiasm and being greeted with big smiles from all. They never guilt trip me about dental problems and instead focus on providing objective information and developing a treatment plan going forward. Thankful to have found such a wonderful dental office!

Their $50 no call, no show policy is really ridiculous and this will definitely cause customers to go elsewhere no matter how great of a service you provide. In my opinion, the service is mediocre. I will not return because of this policy which is really an inconvenience because I've only been going to this place for my dental needs. Things happen in day to day life especially with this pandemic but you are charging people $50 for missing a routine dental appointment? Not even a procedural or surgical appointment but a routine dental appointment? It may not be to you but to me, $50 is a lot of money to give away for not getting a service. I understand that you have to get the exam room ready but wouldn't you have to do that anyway for any of your customers? Getting the room ready is still not worth $50. The exam room should always be cleaned, ready, and tidy after each use anyway.

Dr. Millard and her complete staff were not only knowledgeable and friendly, they shared their knowledge and very nicely explained why the treatment was being recommended. Their applied use of the latest technology was very rewarding as it gave a "peace of mind". In particular, they had taken individual colored pictures of all my teeth and explained what they see (while I'm looking at the picture too) for future events and fixes. Even at checkout, they had already done the next visit analysis of what insurance and I will pay (all on paper). The communication was great and it felt very good for all to be shared with the patient openly. All-in-all, and very good experience for a first time visit. I'm positive the future visits will be the same!!

We recently moved to Midland and we just switched to Dr. Millard's office. Her staff was very professional and friendly when I called to make my appointment. Dr. Millard is very knowledgeable and professional with great bedside manner. Her hygienist, Olivia, is so sweet and makes you feel very comfortable. She did a great job cleaning my teeth and explaining what she was doing. The staff member who checked me in and out was great as well. It was the best patient care from the time I scheduled to the time I checked out. Great office!

Dr. Millard is great and does amazing dentistry! I have had a lot of work done here to include fillings and crowns and have had nothing but great experiences. The hygienists, Olivia and Sam are very knowledgeable, provide the best cleanings and do a great job educating on proper oral hygiene. Bree and Kristen have always been super nice when I've gotten procedures done and give good after care instructions. Candice is super sweet and loves seeing my kids when they come with me. I have been to a lot of dental offices and had a lot of work done but this is by far the best office I've been to.

Truth is, there's not many people enjoy going to the dentist. Complete dentistry of Midland made my experience a very pleasant one. The dental hygienist and the dentist explained everything that was going on to the point where I had no questions. The entire staff was very polite.I highly recommend them.

She's a gold digger & hateful. She charged me $900.00 on an emergency visit on a Friday, for 2 extractions. She made me get a scan that I had already had not long before that in order to charge me more. She told me she would be charging me alot more in order to pay her assist. over time when they had not even worked a 40 hr. week. My family will not go back.
