Friendly staff. All the dentist was concerned about was up selling expensive procedures such as deep cleaning. The dentist would not clean my wife's teeth until she agreed to a deep cleaning. I was given an oral exam, x rays and the hygienist also pushed the deep cleaning even telling me her license would be jeopardized if she gave me a regular cleaning without the deep cleaning first. I have never heard of anything like that. My wife and I went 2-3, times a year for cleanings when I lived in NY and my dentist NEVER mentioned deep cleanings. Also the hygienist never even offered me a cup of water to rinse my mouth out. They also applied fluoride which I didn't request which they charged me $60.00. Your office is a rip off and I will never recommend you to anyone.

I just want to say this is the BEST Dentist office I've been too. Dr. Dinh and Dr. Haidet are both amazing and kind Doctors I have no dental fears anymore thanks to them. My hygienist Hector is Amazing too and does a great job with my cleanings very thorough. Everyone at this office is so nice and Kind from the front desk to my Dental assistant Liz. I feel very comfortable and welcomed. Thank You Best staff ever, I'm so grateful I found my forever Dental home.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was having severe dental pain in a tooth that I had previously cracked in the past due to grinding. After finding out my old dentist had retired I reached out to Complete Dentistry on a Friday and had an appointment with this office same day. Dr. Haidet and dental assistant Darlene were AMAZING! Very kind and thorough. There was no obvious issues with my tooth and TMJ pain was suspected. After my pain increased that night Dr. Haidet got back to me (over the weekend) and made her recommendation. I was in the office early that week and a dental plan was initiated. Their compassion and quick availability had me feeling much better! My dental issue was resolved by end of day Tuesday and I couldn't say better things about their care! I am happy to have this office take over my dental care and soooooo grateful for Dr. Haidet's kindness and dental expertise!

Watch out for undisclosed charges!!! You'll learn about them at the checkout desk. I was charged $40 for a cancer screening test, that I did not give approval for, wasn't covered under insurance and took the hygienist less than 30 seconds to perform. Very sneaky practice.

First off, nothing but good experiences for my treatments, cleanings, etc. Everyone with the exception of office management is understanding and empathetic. My specific case is why I only give 2 stars. I signed up for Invisalign in August of 2021 with a forecast of wearing them for about 9 months per the dentist. Fast forward to September 2022 and I'm still wearing them, as my teeth are cooperating slowly I guess. That's fine. No worries. However, I am moving out of state at the end of September. Thankfully, the office was able to find me a Heartland Dental group office near my new home to where my Invisalign treatment can be transferred. I will be wearing the Invisalign liners until end of October at least, and maybe longer pending my teeth movement. So the new office will pick up my treatment and I will not be charged additionally as I have already paid the full balance ($3,748) for completion of my treatment with Complete Dentistry of Estero. The problem is that Complete Dentistry of Estero agreed to provide retainers for free as part of our treatment agreement. This is a value of $644. However, when the treatment is transferred to the new office, Complete Dentistry of Estero office management refuses to pay for the retainers per our original agreement. Their rationale is "it doesn't work like that." I suggested the new office send the final tooth scan to Complete Dentistry if Estero so that Complete Dentistry can order and pay for the retainers as agreed. They refuse. I suggested I send the bill for the retainers from the new office to Complete Dentistry of Estero so Complete Dentistry of Estero can reimburse me. They refuse. It's a shame and hurts me that they're not honoring the terms of our agreement given my experience there has been otherwise overwhelmingly positive. In the future I will not be paying for services in full until the service is fully completed so I have some recourse. Had I not paid in full, I could simply to refuse to pay the balance until the situation is fairly remedied. I just didn't expected to be let down by what I thought was a good office. I honored my part of the contract, they are not honoring theirs.

Looking for a implant specialist is why I went to this office. I was charged $225 and told my implant work was to complex. That I would need a implant specialist. That is what they claim to be implant specialist.

I now see why this place has almost 900 positive reviews...this place is fantastic! Dr. Dinh was very thorough with me and my two daughters for our appointments. Everyone in the front office and the dental hygienists were all very nice and helpful. We moved to the area a year ago and I'm so happy our family found a great dentist!
