First and foremost, I believe that you treat others as you wish to be treated. I believe that a healthy smile is a healthy body and the treatment options that I recommend would be as if it were for myself or family. My goal is for our patients to be comfortable during treatment, be excited about the outcome, and to be satisfied with our team.
Dr. Cobran is a member of the American Dental Association and Florida Dental Association, as well as an active participant of several service organizations, including Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, The Links Incorporated, and Altrusa International.

Great first experience. Got me in for a tooth extraction quickly as a first time patron, process was quick and easy. Staff and Dentist were all very pleasant. Have had a troubled mouth, and have been to countless dentist, this is one of the best experiences I've had. Thank you!

Complete Dental makes you wait 30 minutes or more each appointment. The dental hygienist scrapes the enamel off of your teeth using a vibrating pick with severe force to make cavities for her next cleaning with you. Hygienist stabs you in the gums with her pick and your chin without apology. Had to take a pain pill after my cut off short appointment which I walked out of.

I had a great visit with Dr. Morgan Cobran and Jessica Goodson was the dental hygienist. The office staff are friendly and felt comfortable during my visit. I would recommend Complete Dental Lake City for everyone that is looking for a new dentist.

First my husband and I made appointments 3 months ago after asking to see if you took our dental Ins I was told you did, the day before his appointment that you now did not take our insurance. Ok I'll pay cash! They called to reschedule his appointment because dentist was on vacation. Then I go for my appointment... I had a terrible experience and will never come to your office again! After waiting 2 hours to be told I needed a deep cleaning that would cost more of course and did not have time to do a cleaning today! After waiting 3 months for and appointment, a day off work, and waiting in the office 2 hours! I feel that it was a con to come into an appointment and get more money for more procedures as well as another office visit! Cancelled my husband's future appointment as well because would have done the exact same to him!

I've called the stated attorney on this group of people..sad that she used to be smile designs in live oak and had offices elsewhere..all I can say is beware

This was probably the best dental experience I have ever been in. I am amazed at the kindness of the whole staff. The doctor was concerned and showed the upmost compassion. She is very calming and her bedside manner is outstanding. I did not feel like I was at a cattle call. Thank you to all of the staff for taking care of a scaredy-cat.

Front staff is always polite and greets me, I am taken back on time so I am not left waiting. The staff are very accommodating of my sensory issues and offer to give me breaks when it becomes too much. They also don't lecture or make you feel guilty, and try to engage you in friendly conversation to put you at ease. I drive 45 minutes out of my way just to use this office because they have the best "bedside manner" I've ever gotten for dental care. The facilities are also clean and well maintained and every time I have left satisfied and not feeling ashamed.

VERY dishonest operation. They wanted to fill cavities on my daughter's baby teeth that are soon to fall out, they then got extremely upset when we said no since they were tiny and not bothering her at all. Coincidentally my wife had a crown scheduled for the same day. They waited until after she was finished to say that the insurance company wasn't going to pay anything and they weren't going to even bother billing them and proceeded to charge her well above the insurance negotiated rates. This all just a total spiteful response because we didn't want them filling cavities on baby teeth. The icing on the cake was we found out the DR was badmouthing my wife to her assistant in front of my daughter when my wife wasn't in the room. Fast forward to a few days later, we go to the Orthodontist to get my daughter's front braces on. They tell us the DR from the Complete Dental called and begged them to refuse to put the braces her front teeth until we got these supposed cavities filled on her baby molars. The Orthodontist was shocked at Complete Dental's behavior and obviously did not oblige their requests.

Called right when they opened Thursday morning with a dental emergency (my whole left side of my face was swelling up, I was in severe pain) spoke with a lady who insured me that someone will call me back within minutes (I guess their staff wasn't in yet, weird) hour and a half passed no call, so I called back again asking the update, can I please come in. I was told "the next available appointment I have is Monday, would you like that?" Absolutely not. I am a client here and their website states "Our team will provide quick relief when a dental emergency happens." Monday is your quick relief? Went to aspen dental I had a severe infection along with swelling leading to my airways. Will not recommend to anyone or be back.
