I had an appointment at 11 O'clock at Complete Dental of Education Hill. I drove all the way from Wenatchee as I am transitioning from Redmond to Wenatchee. I did not plan to be back in Redmond until the 9th but I kept my appointment regardless. I made it 15 minutes before so I could complete my paperwork,walked into the building only to be met with darkness and beeping sounds. Not a single soul in the office! WOW! The office was locked, no sign on the door or anyone to let patients know what was going on. This is beyond despicable!! I ended up finding out from a random person walking in the hallway that they had lost power ! Yea, I understand they lost power but they are other ways to keep your patients aware of the situation than to completely close the office, no sign and sit in your comfortable homes while I wasted my gas and time to drive to the office! In this day and time of Covid, there has to be a way to access patients' information from anywhere given everything was shut down at one point. This is beyond disgusting and unprofessional! I could give ZERO stars for this service or lack thereof !! Oh, the audacity to send an automated review of " how was your service " is what prompted me to write this review!! How dare you!! If you can have an automated review for your business you should have an automated system of notifying your patients of emergencies and outages! How dare you nonchalantly call me 2 hours later to reschedule my appointment as if nothing happened?? Please, shred all my information, we've never met ! There are better Dentists out there with better communication than this !! Thanks for wasting my time time!

I was told by the office to come in for X-rays to see why I was experiencing severe pain in my mouth! After arriving I didn't get any type of exam or X-rays! I was told by Dentist Yun that I had an abscess and it would be fine! He kept telling me to use my partial it would help! I kept telling him it hurt to wear it! He didn't listen, my whole experience was uncomfortable, He acted like I had a plague! No antibiotics were given! Within a day of leaving the office I went to urgent care, my face and glands were swollen, and the pain was intense! The Dr was very concerned of the severe infection and gave me very strong antibiotics advised me to follow up with a dentist. I chose a compassionate dentist Burlington Family Dentist X-rays & pictures taken, not an abscess as Yun said! It was shards of bones coming out of my gums! So I'm going to discourage you from this place, based on lack of respect, compassion and care to find what's really happening to you!

This is a great office, everyone is fun and relaxed. The Dr. Is very caring while I'm in the chair and will accommodate patients with toothaches.

The staff are always friendly, helpful and are willingly to work with you. There is minimal wait time and it seems that you are in and out very quickly too. The dental care provided is great with the dentist willing to talk and explain things to you at a level you can understand. Would highly recommend this dental office overall!

Very kind and professional. First office visit for me anywhere in a year and Dr. Kern and his team were really efficient and safe. Got in on an emergency appointment and they were ready to go right away. Would recommend 100%

Dr Kern and team are fantastic! Noelette is super welcoming and is great at finding ways to accommodate my wild schedule, Kierstin is great at educating and is super efficient with her cleanings, and Dr Kern really splits the difference between setting up the stakes for treatment while not shaming those of us who need a little extra work. Could not recommend this office more.

The hygienist today was very nice but very rough. I told her my teeth had been sensitive lately and I left the office with a very sore mouth. She tried to go very fast and in doing so, really hurt my gums.
