Dr. Andrew and Amber, EFDA took care of me. They offered me a blanket and I was so comfortable. I didn't even mind the filling process at all! Quality care is huge for me and they met my high expectations.

At first I really liked this place because the hours worked for my schedule and everyone was very punctual and professional and friendly. But unfortunately I had a really bad experience where they made a dental issue much worse for me than it should have been and have caused me unnecessary and expensive dental trauma that I will have to have addressed somewhere else.

Charging me for a service I never received. Yes, I was able to sit in the chair but they claimed I had high blood pressure. I've never ever had high blood pressure, but when I have it taken with one of those automatic cuffs that squeeze the life out of you, I get a false read. I asked them to take my blood pressure with a manual cuff and was told "even if we had a manual cuff, no one here would know how to use it"! So, they said they couldn't do my procedure. Months later I received a bill of $40 for services I never received.

Crown and repair work was difficult and stressful experience throughout year. Multiple trips back to dentist for adjustments and repairs due to misalignment of crown sizing and temp crowns falling out. Lost work time as a resukt. Still dealing with issues relating to dental work and costs.

I had a good experience my first/second visit and felt comfortable with the dentist (had some work done).. then he left the practice . Next dentist for work was ok. I need more work done and they don't return calls or emails to schedule an appointment. I guess when you are only open 37 hours a week there's no time to call existing clients back. I think I will be an exiting client at this point. And to C D of E- please don't respond to this like you do to everyone else- to call the office. I've done that and no one calls back.

I am writing this review for my husband who was there for a cleaning this morning he was 11 minutes late for his cleaning you still took him in and did his cleaning and his examine x-rays but after leaving he was still picking stuff out of his teeth that should not have been there after he just got finished paying for a cleaning

It was a pleasant experience at this office. Everyone was helpful and kind and no one made me feel bad about anything going on. I appreciated everyone's kindness that they showed.

Just got my teeth cleaned - gentle technician wasn't overly harsh with her criticism of my oral hygiene, which I appreciate -- haven't had a bad experience yet at this location

I showed up there first thing in the morning in an Emergency situation. Thank God the dentist agreed to see me immediately after finishing up with her first patient. I was evaluated and it was determined that the tooth needed to be extracted which was promptly scheduled for the following week. She also prescribed antibiotics. Because of this experience I've decided to switch and become a regular patient and I brought my wife the following day to schedule her cleaning.

I can not even begin to express how amazing this practice is . From the front desk personal to the assistant , to my dentist . First, it has been a while since my last dental visit with a different dentist. At that visit it was very traumatic and caume to be fearful to go . Here at Complete Dental I was welcomed as a new patient with warmth , care, and compassion . I explained my anxiety and everyone did everything possible to make it calming for me . The dental assistant that took my preliminary tests , such as X-rays , was so gentle and caring in every way, as well as very professional and explained in depth and detail everything she was doing. My Dentist Doctor Katherine Miller was so very kind and caring ,and very professional and full of compassion in explaining everything to me . The waiting room is very inviting and warm , and I was seen minutes after I arrived for my appointment . The room in which I was in for my care was also very warm and inviting and comfortable , I felt totally at ease . The office staff at the front desk explained my bill in detail for me , very kind and profession and very very helpful . I would recommend this practice , as I will do so to family and friends .

Office is very good. People are friendly. However, they take too long to explain. I went in to get a tooth cleaning and did not get it due to time. Only saw women working here.

Dr. Miller said I needed 6 crowns, so we did 3. I trusted she was doing the right thing. My insurance company had two separate dentists verify the crowns were NOT necessary and they did not cover my expenses.

They got me in right away, created a treatment plan, scheduled my visits promptly and even got me a finance plan to spread out the payments. They do great work, they're honest and they're very nice to me. Dr Miller is wonderful.
