I visited maybe a year ago after transferring from COMPLETE DENTAL CARE in south hills. I like the office in the south hills better but they're not accepting Medicaid anymore. It was a fast visit. I'd come back for a cleaning or filing. :)

If possible i would give 0 stars. This was the worst dental I have ever gone to. I paid the $72 copay quoted on the day of the visit. What should have taken 20 minutes at the most took almost 2 hours, because the dentist couldn't be found after anesthesia was given The dentist was rushed and abrupt. I was sent a bill for another $120 over the quoted price.

Had an appointment yesterday & was not told that my dentist, who I was very comfortable with, is no longer there. I new dentist came in the room, no explanation or introduction! Gave me two shots of novacaine, came back in 10 minutes later, looked at my x-ray and said I didn't need a filling. Sorry you had to wait! Why in the hell did you not review the x-ray BEFORE giving me two shots of novacaine??? I am in search of a new dentist!!!

This used to be my favorite dentist but I went in 2 weeks ago and the new dentist was in. They forgot to put topical medication before shoving needles above my front teeth to take off a crown. After crying the dentist is asking me why I am crying and was insisting I tell her. I canceled both of my sons appointments and will find a new dentist. On top of everything I left with two different color crowns and they wouldn't answer the reason for this.

They were usually great when I was in there. They canceled 2 different appointments of mine offering no rescheduling. Once was annoying but twice is extremely unprofessional. Looks like the staff is a rotating door so no one really cares/feels responsible. Then after canceling my appointment they sent me a bill for $6.00 and can't even spell my name right on it. Nice facilities on the inside but horrible organization and professionalism.

MANAGER is the worst customer service experience of my life. She made the accusation that I couldn't pay for a $1000 bill that I had already put a half down payment on. "Are you even going to pay for this?"- proceeded to tell me that she wouldn't send my insurance company a letter that they specifically asked for to possibly cover it because "sending a letter would cost her office money." Accused me of never calling the office for a pre approval. The lady who I previously asked for the pre approval must have heard our convo and personally called me back and apologized and said "I never want any of our clients to have this experience, I remember you calling." I told her I respected her for reaching out to me and that a $1000 that could possibly be avoided was a big deal for me and everyone makes mistakes. I ended up going back for a bite adjustment and I waited for over an hour and a half and eventually went up and said "just wanted to make sure you didn't forget about me". She said "Oh yea we are waiting for a certain chair for you." When I got to a chair the assistant said to me that's weird it said you were checked into a chair a while ago I'm so sorry for the long wait. When I was walked to the check out the assistant said to me - our MANAGER will check you out. It was the same lady who checked me in. THE MANAGER. Lol real professional.
