Worth every penny, Dr. Rob was very patient with me with the removal of 4 wisdom teeth. He made me feel very comfortable and talked me though the entire process . Amazing customer service

Do you want a dental provider? Well this is NOT the place to go. I'm a non bias opinion I recently have worked for this place and let me start by saying this. Robert and Kimberly are racist, when some of their highest paying customers are African American, shameful right? Next thing Robert is an absolute creep, he makes uncomfortable jokes to his coworkers about papsmeers and them going to the OBGYN, I remember him making a comment to a woman about to go on nitrous oxide stating "if you feel too fuzzy I'll scoot over in that chair with you", maybe that's okay with you guys, but with his dental hygiene I wouldn't let him touch me with a 10 foot pole. One of the most disgraceful things he said to me verbatim was "do you know the difference between black people and white people?, say you go into a restraunt and you get a hair in your food, a white family would just stand up and leave, a black person will take a picture and drive your business into the ground" that day I realized the morals of the people I was working for would get me nowhere in life. Take his practice for example, he struggled to keep loyal people, they claim the smaller their group is the more reliable when the truth is he belittles his workers until they feel like he's the last practice that's in Alabama.Not to mention this man assaulted me after I quit on my own behalf.On a side note I would like to say that his one hygienist, kale is an outstanding kind hearted person, she's the true star behind the show. I've spoken to plenty of accredited dental practices who have no clue who Rob or Kimberly is, if you want a oral surgeon, go visit elsewhere. I don't speak out of resentment just the 6 months I've known him spoke volumes, he's unhappy with his life he hates women, and he sounds like he hates himself. All of that on one man's shoulders and then having to do procedures, I'll pass on him getting anywhere near me. Talk about a class act! The way he'll speak about patients as soon as they leave is sickening too, don't complain too much about getting your partials adjusted!!!! Or he'll throw a temper tantrum behind the scenes....

I am very pleased with the work Dr Rob and Dr Kim does as well as their staff . The office personnel is very friendly and always concern about your needs. I like that they are true and honest no matter if you want to hear it or not. They always go over and beyond to satisfy their clients. I will highly recommend them.

Would not recommend this business to anyone under any circumstances. Went to have routine cleaning done and was told that I had 8 cavities. Thought this was a bit weird as I've never had this many before but I went ahead and had half of them filled in one go as I was trusting. For over 2 months after, I dealt with pain on that side of my mouth and was not able to eat properly and I was scared to go back bc the filling experience had been horrible itself. I talked to several dental friends who all recommended going elsewhere for a 2nd opinion. Went to another dentist who fixed my bite and a filling that was done poorly, both of which were the root of the problem, and took a look at my images and said I did not have any remaining cavities. Thats when I realized that the Drs. Harradine had not been truthful regarding how many cavities they said I had. It's sad that they have caused me months of agony and drilled into possibly good tooth structure to increase revenue. Last I checked the Hippocratic oath first and foremost states "Do No Harm."

This dental office is one of the best I have been to. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Rob and Dr. Kim knows their craft. Dr. rob preformed a procedure on my tooth and because of a medication that hardens my bones, it took some time to complete. Dr. Rob was kind and patience with me. He took his time to do the job right. He was concern about my comfort and the procedure was not painful at all . I had a great experience and will recommend Complete Dentist PC to anyone looking for a dentist and staff that really take care of their clients 100% And goes above & beyond for your needs.

Is it weird to say I actually enjoy going to the dentist? Drs. Rob & Kim are both wonderful and the entire staff has always been so welcoming to me! I've been going here now since 2018 and I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Rob. He did such a phenomenal job and was so fun to talk to! Really can't thank him enough for being so patient and walking me through some of my concerns. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Rob and Dr. Amy are fantastic. I was very nervous given the procedure I had scheduled. Dr. Rob explained each step to me as he proceeded, which helped tremendously. The staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. I received an aftercare phone call once I returned home. If you have dental needs, I highly recommend giving them a call.

This location has great customer service, I really liked this dentist when I started coming September of last year. However, today I found out I've been being over charged since my first visit. I noticed that I had been having to make a payment with every visit and my insurance comes with 2 free cleanings so something wasn't right. I was contacted to confirm my appointment and I made sure to verify that there wouldn't be a charge prior to my visit since it was a cleaning and the representative assured there was no fee. On the appointment day and after I got my cleaning I was told my total was $67.00! I was highly upset and asked why and the representative told me it was apart of my deductible. I paid the total but I called my insurance to see if there was an error. After finding out I was charged $67 for something that was covered 100% by my insurance. I called back and they stated there was a error with their system where it doesn't update what the insurance will pay. I had to leave work to come back to retrieve my funds. So I had my previous receipts pulled and after contacting my insurance again I was able to log into my dental acct and see what my insurance covered and what I was to pay out of pocket and on 2 occasions it showed $0 patient payment.This made me question the integrity of this company and what made the issue worse is I was able to finish seeing all those extra errors from every visit and I contacted them again at 4. I saw online they closed at 5 so I was enroute to get things corrected. The representative stated they were closing soon and were too swamped to go over things. I feel I have been bamboozled and if you notice your system is charging the wrong amount for your customers why wouldn't this be looked at closely? I would have never known I was being over charged if it wasn't for me calling prior to and verifying there wasn't supposed to be a payment. A issue like that should be addressed immediately. Now I have to wait until Friday to come back since I have to work this week.

Having just had an implant procedure by Dr. Harradine; I simply can't say enough about how very pleased I am. Not only is Dr.Harradine a very highly skilled professional, but also a quite personable and caring human being who does his best to put his patients at ease. And his office staff and assistant seem to go out of their ways to be accommodating and helpful to the patient in attending to his or her needs. Without hesitation I give Dr. Harradine and his staff an A+ rating.

I went to get a Frenectomy, a procedure you get when you get tongue tied or barely can stick out your tongue. It took less than 5 minutes and it was painless. I can now stick my tongue out pretty far. The staff is really kind and they are amazing at what they do. My Wife goes here also for her appointments. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Rob Harradine is awesome at what he does. Very good at explaining your treatment and he will make sure that you are completely satisfied. His staff is amazing, sweet and very attentive. I've been a patient for about 3 years and I love Dr. Rob and Kim and highly recommended!!

I'm truly Lucky to have been recommended to this prestigious place. I have been above satisfied on my last two visits here. This is By Far the best dentist I have ever been to. The staff were really friendly and helpful. "Dr. Rob" was really good at his job and really friendly too. he involved me in the whole process and made sure I was completely doing fine throughout the process. The other staff members from the front to the back are all well mannered ,really friendly and so much helpful. I am super confident with them on matters regarding my teeth. I am definitely going back for more of their awesome services. I am grateful for the much they have already done. I highly recommend anyone who will come across this review to try them. I already assure you you will not regret it this is a great place I promise. I will conclude here by saying many Thanks to "Dr. Rob" and "The Complete Dental Care Family" as a whole you all are good awesome people GOD bless you all.

Harradine is the BEST dentist I've ever been to. I've never had a dentist that I even cared to remember their name. They communicate with me during every procedure. The ladies at the front desk at great, Wanda is great. I tell everyone, I'll never go to another dentist office.
