Dr. Hannah-Jones is a proud Florida native with a Chemistrydegree from the University of South Florida, as well as a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida. She calls herself a 'BULL-GATOR'! She has been involved in Family Dentistry for over 29 years. Her goal is to provide compassionate dental care for the entire family.
She is married to Tommy Jones, Jr. and is the proud parent of two beautiful children, Thomas and Kai. She enjoys mentoring pre-dental students, coaching basketball, reading and volunteering. She is currentlythe Program Administrator for a dental assisting school-A PLUS DENTAL ASSISTING INSTITUTE-to help educate students in the art of dental assisting.

Awful!! My husband called to make an emergency appointment for a chipped crown because we're leaving the country. Waited 45 minutes to be called back. In total it took them two hours to take an xray to confirm and they didn't do anything. Now we have to fly out and his jaw is swelling from the pain. Don't waste your time here!!!

Showed up for my kids appointment and there is a sign on the door stating to call if you have an appointment. Door is locked. Past their opening time, i call no one answers. I step on a huge nail OUTSIDE THE FACILITIES DOOR! They still dont answer phone. Lucky im a gown person that stepped on it instead of my 6 year old. Careless!!!

Receptionist made appointments at times they clearly didn't have the availability. She initially tried to make 2 appointments ( for myself and my husband) a 2:00. I told her to separate them 2:00 and 3:00. I sat in the waiting room from 2:08 until 2:55 pm. When I finally saw the dentist she wouldn't allow me o get my teeth cleaned. She said they need a deep cleaning ( of course something that insurance doesn't cover)! I just had my teeth cleaned August 25th no way they are so bad now that I can't get them cleaned. You couldn't pay me to return. I was there over 2 hours and got nothing accomplished! RIDICULOUS!!!

Their logo says " Caters TO Cowards " .Perfect. And it only got better. Chipped a tooth and needed immediate assistance. Saw their ad and called. Not only did they squeeze me in that day , they resolved my problem Professionally and Politely. Best Dentist expierence to date. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR JONES AND JUDY. Thanks again Aubrey.

Listen I love Complete Dental for being patient. As well as making me feel genuinely comfortable. And of course performing A1 dental service. Couldn't have made a better choice.Thanks a lot Dr. Jones and her outstanding crew.

Mrs.Jones is honest to god hilarious. I was laughing the whole time she was cleaning my teeth. She was very vocal about the state of my oral hygiene and you can tell she cares about our health!

I took my daughter their the African lady Kimberly said oww we see her teeth coming in this was in December it's March that just passed my daughter teeth is coming in were she already has teeth at I rushed her back in their when I saw this and the doctor says to me mom we see this all the time it's normal I've never seen this before she said we can't tell when her teeth are coming in so I asked to see x-ray's it's clear as day on their I said it's right their but you can tell me when her other teeth bout to come though she said we she has to wiggle these teeth out meanwhile the others are growing in and the doctor says it could take 2-6weeks but it's on your daughter I said but they not moving she checked and said I see I said can you pull them out she says we'll unfortunately we can't long story short she didn't but she wants money for my visit when they gave false information. I took my baby to another dentist I ain't say a word about her teeth they called me in the room and say her teeth has to be removed...Just as I thought. I wouldn't recommend Complete Dental Care on Nebraska Ave 11213 to anyone they have poor service....All they want is your insurance money.

Dr. Jones and her team are the nicest ( and funniest) dentistry office I have ever visited. She did not make me feel bad about my teeth, she came up with a plan that was both affordable and time conscious ( worked with my schedule) the office was clean and tidy, and most importantly there was NO PAIN! I am so glad i decided to walk in because I was blown away by the care and professional atmosphere. I was to busy laughing with Dr Jones about walking dead and her son and thanksgiving and Christmas meals too even think about worrying about what she was doing to my teeth. Dr Jones you and your team deserve 6 stars
