My experience with this office has not been good.. I have been dismissed from care, their reasoning is I missed 3 appointments...not from where I'm sitting. Not to mention sitting in their office waiting for over an hour never to be called And then Rachel told me it was my fault for not addressing it that day when I did, I just didn't make a fuss...they were obviously busy and under staffed...I'm human. I get confused but this chic Rachel was so fake and phony, they took no responsibility for what they did...

The dentist here are very good and very nice. I felt like I was in good hands. I would recommend this dentist office to everyone. They are polite and good at what they do.

I can't tell you how overjoyed for the outstanding services I have received with Complete Dental, my case alone was not easy and complicated yet the entire staff never gave up nor ever made me feel as I may be a bother. Today was a day I will never forget Thanks to all for everything that each n every one played a part in!! I would highly recommend others as I have already done so YOU ALL ROCK

I can't tell you how overjoyed for the outstanding services I have received with Complete Dental, my case alone was not easy and complicated yet the entire staff never gave up nor ever made me feel as I may be a bother. Today was a day I will never forget Thanks to all for everything that each n every one played a part in!! I would highly recommend others as I have already done so YOU ALL ROCK

Great staff the dentist is very nice, considerate, and gentle. Best dentist I've ever been to. I won't go anywhere else. All staff was just as nice. Very good environment. A+++ keep up the good work my teeth look sooo much better they fixed what other dentist didn't see, or care about. They were super fast not as painful as other places. If I could rate 10 stars I would.

My main issue is the wait. You can have the first appt and be early and you will easily spend over an hour here just for a cleaning.

They are very friendly and a great team. They did excellent work on my teeth (I needed multiple feelings and cleaning) highly recommended.

I've gone to dentists all my life. Seen many in fact. I love this office. They really cared about me. Every staff member that took care of me treated me with the most professional service. My time and comfort was valued. I'm sorry some of you had issues with small children. But in the defense of dentist offices. I've been in a life threatening situation with a bad infection. You can die or have serious health issues. Dentists go to school like doctors. Trained to save lives. Unsupervised children is a big threat to everyone in their practice. Trust me I've been in that. I more than highly recommend this place. It literally has been the best dentist office I've ever gone to. I'm not a lifelong resident of Craven county. I've lived all over the country.
