They are the most caring people at this dentist office in South Jackson I'm getting braces put on soon I haven't smiled in years because I was ashamed of my gap teeth.. Right now they are making sure my teeth is good for my braces thank you complete dental for helping me to be able to smile again y'all really have changed my life I'm so excited I can't wait to smile

Summer is always so awesome & patient with my kids braces!! She always keeps them calm & even laughing. We love getting to see her every month. And the improvement their teeth have made has been very noticeable just in the first quarter. It has made such a big difference in their confidence too. We are so grateful to have wonderful customer service every time & quality to match!! Thank you Summer!! YOU ARE AWESOME!!

Hadn't been to the dentist in awhile and Taylor made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Taylor and the whole staff there are VERY friendly. Havent had to wait long to get seen. Once im back in the chair Taylor isnt rushing to get me out the door.Definitely would recommend. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Absolutely love this place

Tony Tran let his assistant do 3 fillings. One of them is already hurting and chipping away. Amateurs!! When i went to get a crown i was misled about sedation and the price of it. When i complained he hooked me up to nitrous for an hour then kicked me out. He didnt listen to me , and was very condescending. I was treated badly. Worst dentist Ive ever been too. PERIOD

They had some cancellations, so they called and got me in for a cleaning. I had a cavity, and they were able to do the filling the SAME DAY! I was in and out in 1.5 hours. Taylor, my nurse, was so personable and sweet. Thanks, Complete Dental Care, for a great visit.

Not even 1 star. This place is the most awful dentist I have ever been to.They charged me 100$ for a premed. Suprise!! I have severe anxiety. They didnt care and when i complained they gased me for 1 hour while they got my records and plotted to kick me out. Which they did. So unprofessional. And im not even gonna mention the Zimbabwe comment that was made. Notice they never reply to the bad reviews lol. Only the reviews from their friends and family. Oh and the dentist doesnt do the work he hands it off to his minions. I want a fillung from a dentist not a learning assistant!! What is it a training place???

Do not!!!! I repeat Do not !!!! go to this place over booking clients stacking appointments upon appointments trying to get ever dime they can If they make your appointment at 11:00 am you will not be seen until 3 hrs later what's the sense in having a appointment I hate this place wish I could give them zero star's

I am so thankful to be a part of the Complete Dental team! They truly care about you as a person and they are so appreciative of me as an employee. The hygienists and assistants are so sweet and informative! From a cleaning to getting work done to just simple ortho checks, they make sure you are comfortable and taken care of! The leaders and doctors are so awesome to work with! Seeing each patient smile with their brand new dentures or a patient finishing up their 2 long years of ortho with a new smile, makes my heart so happy! We have such an amazing team and patients! Couldn't ask for a better work family!

Best office and best people in Jackson!! I've worked with each of the Doctors and they are all the best of the best! Working with Dr Moss and the team in General is so rewarding helping people regain the confidence in their smiles! Keyona (sorry is I misspelled) is the best !!!!! She's done me & my husbands fillings and crowns! I cried the first they numbed my mouth she rubbed my shoulder and reassured me it was okay! Checked on me throughout doing my fillings ! Her & Dr.Tran are the best!!! Very caring ! & always make sure they aren't causing you any pain that they can prevent! Highly recommend them! Front desk staff are friendly. & the place is clean. Oh! & Lauren! She did my husbands teeth cleaning ! We like her as well. She's friendly and everyone is knowledgeable and breaks things down to you so you can understand.
