Dr. Rollins is a phenomenal dentist. He takes pride in his work, even if it means spending extra time to do it or redoing something until it is right. He values the opinions of his employees and explains everything well.

Terrible service I've been trying for 2 weeks to get Complete Dental to fax my sons records to our new orthodontist and paid $250 for them to release his records and after numerous phone calls and being told every time that they would send them that day and still no records! I mean come on it's not rocket science

I called and got an appointment for today at 9:00. Got there and they took me right back. I was there to get one tooth pulled. It has so far took 2 hours and 30 minutes. I have been numbed once and now I got to go through the pain of having it done again. Now I was told I was a work in when I called and made an appointment. This place is crazy. Now I'm told it won't be until after 12 until he will get to me. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone that works here has always been very friendly and professional. Today I had impressions made for dentures. The girl that was working with me was awesome. She explained everything to me in detail. I truly appreciated it. Trust me, having impressions made is not pleasant. But, she did everything she could to help make it better. I highly recommend Huntingdon Complete Dental Care.

It's was great with the girl whom cleaned my teeth. The girl checking me in was very nice. But after I got my teeth cleaned I waited for 30mins, still no dr. I had heard him on the phone while I was waiting. I had somewhere else I had to be so I left without seeing the dr. I was there from 945 to 1130. It looks like he could have stopped by any of that time.

Started my journey with Complete Dental on May 20th. After reading reviews, I thought we'd be in good hands. My daughter had to have a crown placed- they drilled the decay, applied temporary crown, and took a mold for the permanent crown (being told that it would take 3 weeks maximum to receive permanent mold to apply). Fast forward to June 24th- the permanent crown is incorrect and won't fit- they proceed to blame it on my daughter, saying "it's her fault she didn't bite all the way down on the mold." In the attached photo you can clearly see she did: biting down so hard that the substance had to be wiped from her mouth. Then say we need to reschedule for another mold to be made. Today, June 29th I contact the facility to inquire about scheduling an appt. I was told they no longer accepted TennCare- coverage had ended June 20th, and I needed to find a new facility for my daughter. 1.) I wasn't notified of the coverage ending, and that the visit on the 24th (after coverage ended apparently) was done out of "good faith"... but they can't proceed. 2.) I asked to speak with the office manager on the matter, was placed on hold for transfer, and then told she was on vacation... I asked to speak to someone of higher position- to which I was greeted with a woman named Linda who refused to disclose her employment position in the facility (I can only suspect it's the office manager that was on "vacation"). 3.) The ONLY reason the crown was not seated prior to said coverage ending is because the mold was unsuitable to form a proper crown with-- the employer who performed the mold had to try FOUR times- and said after the fourth that she was satisfied with the mold... only to be told weeks later now it's my daughters fault the mold didn't work... so now we're having to find another facility to complete the work that this one started. Needless to say I'm consulting with an attorney concerning the handling of this situation by this business-- but would hate for another family to go through similar events Play with snakes and you'll get bit. UPDATE: 7/7/21- I'm assuming I should contact state politicians regarding the infection and the EMERGENCY oral surgery that was required after the attempted crown placement... Also, beware-- it is not their "policy" to release your medical notes to you... x-rays only.

The staff is always friendly and I've never had any issues with any work preformed. Cassie Sparks and Kate Barcroft were great on my last visit as well as Dr. Rollins

It is a nice place clean staff are very kind only issue I have personally had is a my jaw locking up and I don't feel responsibility on their end was handled properly I no longer want to take me and my kids here but your experience may be different I'm only giving my review of what I went through my suggestion is please double check notes that they put in about you as a patient to make sure that it's the correct situation and not just favoritism upon their side of view it shows your concerns being met with care

These people are absoloutly Golden. Susanna and Terilane are phenomenal Hygenists and have the steadiest hands and most professional demeanor I have ever experienced. Doc Rollins is a born healer no doubt. Squared away, to the point, no bull type.Gave me medicine to help me along after each visit and always clear about what he needed from me in between visits. I have found that tooth pain is my kryptonite. I have gotten over gunshot wounds, dislocations and severe electric shock but tooth pain did it for me. These folks stay on problem until it's done and keep you informed better than any other medical group I've ever been too. Rest of yall folks need to get out of the jungle and come see the real professionals here. Wonderful people and without a doubt the best. Wish we woulda had this good a staff back on the ship. Love these folks.

ATTENTION!! They ignore the problem and let it continue!!! I have thought long and hard about this before posting because i am not the type to do this, but i was in there not to long ago to get work done. I was surprised at the disrespect and rudeness of one of the employees was. Her name was Sherry if I'm not mistaken that's how it's spelt. Dr. Rollins is an AMAZING Dr. and I don't want his work frowned upon over an employee who is very disrespectful. I will not be back due to the hatefulness of her. And the fact that the office ignored this review show's a lot about how this office is ran. They do nothing about it and let it continue on. I HIGHLY recommend looking for somewhere that cares about their customers opinions and issues they have.

I had a cavity filled today and it was a great experience. All of the staff were very kind and sweet and made it a very enjoyable experience. The lady who worked on my cabity was named Cassie Sparks and she especially made my experience fun and enjoyable because she made me laugh and was very sweet.

This was a cracked molar-- so a sudden problem. They were nice enough to get me in quickly. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Sabell, the dental assistant, was concerned about my pain and discomfort. The dentist handled this broken tooth quickly and with minimal pain on my end. My pain pill was quickly sent to the pharmacy. By the time I got to Walmart ( Huntingdon), it was ready. My husband and I are transplants from South Bend In. We will be back. Thank you. Sue Church
