I had a appointment today with complete dental everything was fine till I feel the lady cut my lip all I asked the lady if she cut my lip then reply rudely if you'd keep you're mouth open!! I replied I have and not one time did you ask me to open my mouth more. All I asked was if she cut it I wasn't mad I was more mad with the way she reacted and tried to blame me for her mistake I understand that things happen. The dentist comes in to finish which he doesn't finish left my teeth not fixed and the extraction not done. All because I asked if she cut my lip! Told me to leave their establishment and not come back!!! Totally unprofessional!

Need to have my wisdom teeth extracted, but my mouth was too swollen. The dentist was great and so was the hygienist. Gave me a prescription for amoxicillian, but it's only a 7 day supply and my next appointment scheduled is in over a month. Idk how I'm gonna deal with this tooth pain unless they can get me in sooner. This needed to happen yesterday. The dentist said he wanted to see me in a week, but the receptionist said they were booked out til January.

Finding a great dentist is so hard, and I feel like I hit the dental lottery with him. He fixed the mistakes my previous dentist made and had been fast, gentle, efficient, thorough, and actually really made the whole "going to the dentist" thing pretty awesome. His hygienists have been just as good.

Very disappointed in the service, my temp bridge fell out over a week ago still waiting for an appointment even though they advertise 24 hour emergency appointments so here we are the one tooth that has been grounded down for the bridge is chipping away. By the time I get in the bridge will no longer be an option. My guess is they will seat the bridge and a short time later the grounded tooth will be weak and bust causing the bridge to fall out

Continue reading after my last review: I retract my last post. Maybe they were having a bad day....I did have to wait awhile, they were packed, but everyone was nice. The dentist was extremely helpful. Needed to make a follow-up appointment. Because I had to wait longer for my appointment, they gave me a Starbucks gift card for $5.00. I thought that was extremely nice of them. NEW COMMENT: Okay, maybe it wasn't a bad day after all. Not too happy with my last visit. Maybe they had one good day?????? Maybe someone else will have better luck. It seems like it's a hit and miss with them........waited 45 minutes past my appointment to be seen...... wouldn't mind if I felt my fitting was done right. It's hard to figure out if an adjustment was done to help by putting it back in without adhesive???? If I'm wrong, let me know.....this is a first experience with dentures...not too happy.....
