For patients to choose a dental office appropriate to their needs, there must exist a match between the services sought by the patient and services provided by the office. If the value you possess for your teeth and health coincides with our beliefs in fine dentistry and prevention, delivered in a comfortable, state of the art facility, then a mutually respectful relationship should evolve for both parties.

Dr. Wallace is everything you want in a dentist. She's very compassionate and accommodating if you have an emergency. And she is the best dentist I've ever had a shot from. Totally painless! Literally zero pain! I'm very happy I called her.

I wasn't very impressed with this office. This office was the closest office in my plan network so I went here because of convenience. The first appointment lasted 2+ hours, most of which was spent just talking to the hygienist. Less than an hour of my 2+ hour visit was actually spent taking x-rays, and talking to Dr. Wallace. Dr. Wallace is very nice, and knowledgeable which is a plus. I still found the prices a little high, and this is after insurance, with a 20% copay. An example of their high prices: Was quoted 400+ dollars for a deep clean on all 4 quadrants, Blueridge Dental Group is only $200 for all 4 quadrants, a significant difference in pricing. I was initially overcharged for services which was credited back to my account. I also requested copies of my x-rays since I was going to another provider. The request took a week to complete because no one in the office knows how to email x-rays but the office manager, who was out the entire week. This delayed treatment on my end because I couldn't schedule anything with a new provider until I had my x-rays. I was charged a missed appointment fee of $70 for missing one appointment, but had to wait a week just to get x-rays; this is a double standard. The delay in getting my x-rays was a huge inconvenience because I could have had an earlier appointment that fit into my schedule a lot better but couldn't schedule it due to having to wait; I was never compensated for that time or inconvenience. All-in-all, you're going to spend significantly more going here, they don't care about you, just the money you spend. I am not a very satisfied customer, and wont be returning to this location in the future and wouldn't recommend anyone else going here unless you want to spend more money than you need to, and having your valuable time wasted.

I highly recommend Dr. Wallace and her caring, knowledge team. They are up to date on the newest procedures to help you keep smiling for a lifetime. Dr. Wallace is very gentle. She truly wants the best for her patients. If you prefer a smaller office with individual attention, go here. You won't feel like "cattle" rushed in and out. She has done many procedures in my mouth....all painlessly. I will never go elsewhere!

Dr. Wallace, Pia and staff make going to the dentist a calm, comfortable experience. I feel that my dental needs are always addressed and with the most modern equipment. Not only are they a very professional and effective team, I find them to be great people as well; I always feel welcomed and well cared for. I would highly recommend Dr. Wallace and her team.

I moved to the area 4 years ago and needed a dentist. I had a broken tooth and needed a quick appointment. Dr. Wallace quickly worked me in and took care of my emergency. I was particularly impressed when I received a follow up phone call from Dr. Wallace that evening asking me how I felt. That was a first for me from a Dentist. Since then I have had major dental work. I needed 2 teeth pulled and 2 implants due to broken teeth. I was so relaxed while she and her team pulled the teeth and performed bone grafts that I fell into a deep relaxed state and imagined I was on vacation. I highly recommend Complete Dental Care for any of your dental needs.
