Called this morning to ask a few background questions as a possible new patient regarding which languages they offer and minimum age of patients they accept. The receptionist crudely hung up in my face before I could finish a sentence with, "we are too busy.." Very unprofessional! I will NOT consider or referral this practice.

Awesome Practice . Warm & welcoming group of professionals. Absolutely Zero pain- Zero discomfort. I had literally a Double/Triple Root canal and I was in so much pain. I had anxiety thinking of the procedure I was about to get. They took all of that away. Very clean and state-of-the-art equipment which made my appointment much much better and pain-free from beginning to end. I will go going to them again

I had a wonderful experience at the office. I am a bit embarrassed about my teeth and have anxiety when it comes to the dentist however, the office and staff made feel comfortable and took excellent care of me. They got rid of my pain and saved my tooth. They are some of the nicest people I personally have dealt with at a dentist office. I recommend coming to this office if you are in need of dental care. Thank you Complete Comfort for your excellent service.

This place has been efficient and really care for their patients matters. I never liked going to the dentist but the doctor there is probably the best I've ever been too. I hardly ever feel nervous when I get the novacaine cause he is gentle with his hands. Aaron the dental assistant was polite and really professional. I recommend this place it's affordable and the best experience at a dentist office ever.

This is the best dental office in Sacramento! The office manager is knowledgeable and gets to know the patients. The whole staff makes the space a comfortable place to be. My son's teeth came out sparkling after the thorough cleaning of the hygienist. The dentist gives excellent advice and I am glad we chose him as our dentist. Highly recommend!

I really like this office because all staff is very friendly and positively motivated to help each client with their individual needs. Dr. Gaddis has a lot of courage to accomplish any enormous task. I'm so grateful and highly admire their business!!!

It is a rare occasion where the ideologies care, concern and honesty in the best interest of the patient collide. These are the indearing qualities that should be sought out in any industry. At Complete Comfort Dental Care, you will find this and more. The office staff are well organized and approachable. When entering the office as a new patient, I was unable to immediately locate my insurance cards and information. To my surprise the staff member had already retrieved all of my information and had the procedure pre-approved. When meeting with Dr. Gaddis, I found his demeanor to be warm and welcoming. He was very through and patient when explaining what needed to be done, my options and how it will affect future work. During the procedure my comfort and having a pain-free experience was his highest priority. He continually asked if I needed a break while easing my anxiety. Overall, I will be recommending this office to my friends and family. The entire staff is down to earth and approachable. Post procedure pain management protocols were met, again showing concern for my comfort following the procedure. The care and professionalism demonstrated by this remarkable team should represent the rule by which other offices and business should be measured. Well done Team!

Comforting. Polite. Treat you with respect. Make sure you are ok. This is the only dentist I have gone to I was not nervous. I just can't say enough about these people. Just great. I don't like needles. First time in my life felt good to go back
