After completing her undergraduate studies at Howard University, Dr. Briana Jones later earned her Dental Degree in 2019 and has been practicing in the area for the past year. With her innate interest in science and technology (and cars!!), Dr. Jones is a natural at understanding the intricacies of every procedure at our disposal to optimize your healthy smile! Did we mention she's also the long-standing holder of our unofficial Awesomeness Award!? =D
Ella has effortlessly become a patient favorite at Complete Care Family Dentistry with her 8 years serving as our Head Dental Assistant. Working at Complete Care has given Ella the best opportunity to see your frown turn upside down! Having never missed a day of work, she has worked consistently to provide genuine care to our patients for the sake of simply improving their dental health and overall well-being. When she's not assisting patients, Ella spends a great deal of time attending church services, watching podcasts, and volunteering in her community!
Shanae is an essential component in our small staff at Complete Care, as she is the first point of contact for many of our guests. With her bright smile, she brings an unmatched attitude that can encourage even the most nervous of patients the moment after they enter our doors! Shanae completed her education from All State Career School in 2010 with special training as an EFDA, so she functions efficiently between both our administrative and chair work. As both a proud mother to her daughter, and (self-proclaimed) staff favorite, we are thrilled to share the energy Shanae offers each day to our patients!

They're very nice here but last time I was in they forgot to polish my teeth after the cleaning and my insurance definitely got charged for it. I should have said something at the time but I thought maybe I was wrong. Turns out I wasn't.

This office was recommended to me with praise. I have found it to be everything I was told. From Shanae at the front desk with her wealth of knowledge and sunny disposition and everyone else that I have come in contact with is kind, respectful and personable. Dr. K and the team were great! The office wasn't crowded. My daughter and I was seen at our appointed times which is a major plus! They allowed me to sit with my daughter (10 yr old) to hold her hand even though I was literally in the way. But they made sure my daughter was comfortable and I appreciate that (she hates the dentist)! Professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Thank you for your hospitality.

Family practice dentistry is really good I love it there Dr. Kay is an excellent dentist she's very friendly and she will take good care of you I'm glad that I have her now for my dentist yes I will highly recommend her my daughter goes to Dr. Jones she's also a great dentist everyone at this Dentist office is great
