Dr. Vincent Fiorentino has been practicing dentistry in McCoole, MD since 1997. Dr. Fiorentino received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD and his DDS in 1993 from the University of Maryland Dental School. Dr. Fiorentino went on to complete a one year residency in General Dentistry at The Prince Georges Hospital Center in Cheverly, MD and had received advanced training in complete care dentistry from The Dawson Academy in Florida and the Seattle Institute of Advanced Dental Education. His training has focused on providing quality comprehensive dentistry. In 2010 Dr. Fiorentino went on to advance his studies in the placement of dental implants and is now able to both surgically place and restore dental implants. Dr. Fiorentino is a member of the American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association and has served as past president for the Allegany Garrett Dental Society.

Digital X-ray Digital x-rays are quickly becoming the standard in dental imaging. Digital x-rays allow the doctor to get a much better view of your teeth and potential dental conditions. The digital imaging software allows the doctor to see a number of different views of the tooth to gain a better understanding of the proper course of management. Digital x-rays provide a great benefit to the patient. Not only are they an excellent diagnostic tool, but they decrease the radiation to the patient by approximately 90%. Intraoral Camera Our intraoral camera uses a tiny fiber-optic wand to easily take vivid photographs of the inside of your mouth. Intraoral cameras are an excellent means of allowing the patient to view potential dental conditions in their own mouth. It is much easier to understand what is happening in your mouth if you can see the problem on a computer monitor. This digital image can be utilized to provide information to insurances and other doctors if necessary.

We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Applications for Care Credit are available in our office and can be filled out by our office staff. Care Credit offers interest free rates for 12 months if applicants qualify. The process takes only a few minutes and results are known immediately.
