My 12 year old daughter recently received dental care from Dr. Graham and the Compassion Endodontics team. They were very quick to see my daughter after she experienced trauma to her mouth. She needed a root canal in addition to having a tooth bonded back on and Dr Graham did an excellent job. The staff was extremely friendly and made my daughter along with myself very comfortable during the office visit. We also had the chance to spend time with Eddie, a service dog, who was visiting the office while we were there. I would highly recommend the Compassion Endodontics office to anyone in need of that type of dental care.

Fantastic!! After 2 failed attempts at another office to do a root canal, I called Compassion Endodontics. They got me right in. I knew I made the right choice the moment they answered the phone with a pleasant and understanding attitude. The office is beautiful, clean and cozy. I was dealing with a broken tooth, fighting vertigo and I have an extremely bad gag reflex. Toss in 10 years in the military with PTSD from combat and I'm not your average customer. Their calmness and expertise made the experience tolerable. I would say enjoyable but it was still a root canal after all. They made me feel so relaxed I almost fell asleep more than once. Their professionalism ranks above all others.

My experience left me simply humbled with gratitude. The team got me in and they extended their hours just for me. They put me first. Insurance is a tricky thing and they used all their powers to help me. This is truly an amazing practice. Truly a blessing to have Dr. Shuttleworth recommend Compassion! My 14-year-old son needed root canal. This practice was quick with their responsiveness and scheduling. They were polite and friendly every step of the way. They returned my calls less than 5 minutes after leaving messages. And the best part: Walking out of their office the day of the root canal, my son said, "Is it weird if I say that was fun?" Kudos to this practice for making root canal a "fun experience!"

I went here twice for my root canal and can say it was a great experience! This was my first root canal and I truly didn't have any pain other than the initial Novocain injection which was minimal. You'll be in great hands!

My dentist, Dan Malloy, recently discovered that my tooth was compromised ... and that it required a root canal. He recommended that I schedule an appointment with Compassion Endodontics to have the work done. This would be my first root canal and I did not know what to expect ... except, that other people that I knew had less than positive experiences (they hated going) with other providers and that over time, their problems seemed to only get worse. My concerns were completely unfounded. I had an INCREDIBLE experience. Perhaps, I lucked out, but I doubt that. Dr Jamie Kang, her assistant Jill, even Karen who greeted me and completed the paperwork were nothing but EXCEPTIONAL. The facility is bright, pleasant and immaculate. The staff is obviously well trained, qualified and caring about the patient's experience. I was greeted with a smile and helpful attitude. My appointment was on time, matter of fact ... they took me early. Jill and Dr Kang explained the procedure and what to expect and answered all of my questions. The equipment that they used was state of the art, the lighting and background music made me feel like I was at a spa, everything leading up to the procedure was calming and perfect. Dr Kang suggested that I close my eyes and imagine I was on an island. And, I could have been. Absolutely no pain or discomfort, quick (around an hour), precise (they took x-rays throughout), attentive to detail (uncovered that the nerve had a branch to complicate the procedure) ... and completely pain-free (matter of fact, I dozed off a number of times). The next day, Karen even called me to see how I was doing. (I did not even have to take a single aspirin). Thank you, Jamie, Jill and Karen. Because of you, I can use "Root Canal", "Pleasant", "Relaxing", "Great Experience" ... all in the same sentence!!! My only hope, and nothing against them, is that this was my first and last root canal. Best wishes and continued success to all, Craig Knabb.
