Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Was at appointment with my grandson and was scheduled for an appointment later that day. They had a cancellation and asked me if I wanted to take it the same time as my grandson so I didn't have to come back. Great customer service! :)

We bring our whole family here. They are great with kids and adults. I love Nicole, the hygienist. It's like catching up with an old friend every time we go for a checkup!

The professionals in this dental office are helpful getting appointments scheduled, working with insurance, and providing highly competent dental services. I have gone to Compass Dental for several years. My prior dentist had a problem putting in dental fillings. Dr Callstrom does the dental work correctly and I never have issues with the dental work he has done. Dr Callstrom also does not sell me services I do not need such as liquid fluoride after an exam. Compass Dental offers the best issue free dental services of all the dental offices I have used.

The Cannon Falls Team is great. They are friendly and seem to always have a smile. Dental Hygienist Nicole does a fantastic job.

Had a pretty good experience there. The dental hygienist was very nice and helped make the appointment so much easier. She explained things really well and kept making sure I was comfortable. Dentist himself was clear about things and made sure he answered any questions I had. The front desk ladies were also kind and helpful. The only "bad thing" was my appointment initially got pushed back 10mins then when I got there they were still running about 15mins behind, nothing to make you not want to return though and they apologized multiple times for it, I'll just plan ahead better next time with that in mind. Worth the drive from Red Wing, Would definitely recommend and will for sure be returning. Thanks team!

Everyone is always so wonderful when I come in with all 4 kids for 1 appointment. When my 3 year old was loosing it they allowed her in the back with me for my cleaning and they actually allowed my 6 year old daughter to help out as well we have gone here for years and will definitely continue to go!!

I'm like more people who hate going to the dentist, but what I experienced at compass dental change the way I feel. Every single people I came across or helped me were super sweet and helpful! Not a single person made me feel uncomfortable! I especially loved the fact that I got emails and texts reminding me of my appointment. I don't have a bad word to say. Best dentist experience ever!!!!

Wonderful team at Compass Dental, everyone is great, especially Nicole and Dr Callstrom for keeping my teeth in tip top shape. Highly recommend this office if you are looking for positive dental experiences!
