Dr. Timothy Pristas returned to his hometown of Brecksville in 2019 after spending time away during his wifes military service at Keesler Air Force Base. He and his wife, Dr. Leslie Pristas, the Director of Bariatric Surgery at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center in Cleveland, have three sons (Timothy, Benjamin, and William) who are the joys of their lives. After graduating from Ohio State University Dental School, Dr. Pristas completed a general dentistry residency at the Cleveland Clinic and continues to receive CE and training to refine his skills and knowledge in dental implants, sedation, rehabilitation, and cosmetics.
Dr. Pristas enjoys caring for those in his hometown community, taking special care and pride to ensure every interaction at Community Roots Family Dentistry will be a unique experience that will keep you and your family smiling for years to come. Dr. Mark Kozlowski graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in 1979. Since then, Dr. Kozlowski has pursued postdoctoral continuing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in dentistry, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. In addition to his professional expertise, you will find that Dr. Kozlowski takes the time to understand your individualized dental needs. His goal is to provide you with the care you expect for a lifetime of excellent dental health.
Dr. Haghighi is married with two children. He and his family returned from the Northwest after 24 years to assist in the care of his father. Dr. Haghighi has a long list of adventure sports passions. He is a keen cyclist with passions for bikepacking, gravel, and mountain biking. He has climbed Mt. Denali three times, including a technical ascent of the Cassin Ridge, numerous technical ascents in the Cascades, White Mountains, and Adirondacks. He enjoys backcountry snowboarding, ocean sea kayaking, and stand-up paddling. His wife is an avid runner and skier. Their son Garrett runs cross country, and their daughter Natalie plays lacrosse. They have just added a Husky mix puppy to the family named Sky.

I had a great experience. The technician performed a very thorough exam and Dr Pristas met with me to explain the results. By far, the best exam and cleaning that I have ever had. I highly recommend Community Roots and Dr. Pristas.

Staff is wonderful. My first fillings with laser technology never had fillings before. It was great. No pain at all and believe me when I say no PAIN. NO gas, no numbing meds. WOW

Great friendly staff , Tina my hygienist does an excellent job went in for routine cleaning was in and out in 45mins and didn't feel like it was rushed at all , thank you see you again in 6 months!

We just moved to the area from Columbus. Roots made it so easy to set up our first appointments. Also, the front desk staff went above and beyond to track down our girls' previous dental records (the previous dentist was dragging their feet on sending them over). The dentist was also outstanding. Our youngest was in need of a crown and was experiencing some discomfort. Instead of scheduling out to the next available time, the dentist made room (believe he came in during his off hours) to take care of it. What else could you want in a dentist?

Sarah treated me during my appointment. She was very kind, gentle,and kept my informed of what she was doing. My visit was very short as she is very skilled at what she does. Unfortunately she is going to have to see me again next month for another procedure,but I'm sure that experience will be a good one as well. Highly recommend the office. Also, I am someone who is fearful of the dentist and needles and they've taken good care of me. Thanks Sarah!

I have a huge dental phobia and they made me feel so comfortable and tried to keep me relaxed the entire time. The doctor explained everything and took his time with me to assure me I would never have a bad experience again. I would highly recommend this office. Their whole team is fantastic.

Amalie did a great job with my cleaning with no discomfort. I met dr.ardonetto and he was very pleasant, I didnt feel like a no. And rushed. Great place.

The hygienist was awesome! I had to have a deep cleaning and she only numbed what she had to to keep me comfortable, and we got done in half the time! The office staff is as nice as can be and so accommodating when scheduling!! Great place!!

I've had two visits at Community Roots and both have been exceptional! Amy was my heigientist each time. She is attentive and gentle. She provided the best cleanings I've ever had! She kept me entertained during my visits by telling stories and chatting. The time went by so fast! I'll definitely request her on each of my future visits!
