Finally worked up the nerve to have a much needed root canal done. One of the worst experiences in my life. The dental tech, Amber, has HORRIBLE bedside manner. All but threw the consent paperwork at me. Very in humane in lacking of empathy towards her patient. Lied to me about a question I asked regarding another tech, (whom I had a wonderful experience with last time). This time however, was COMPLETELY different. My privacy was violated, which goes against all terms of HIPPA. I will not be back.

Went to see Dr. Anderson for a toothache, best experience ever. Went back for another appointment to have tooth pulled, Dr. Groll did an amazing job even if he did look like he just graduated high school!

I drove over 20 minutes one way waited 2 hours. Was tested for covid snd strep. Negative. Expressed concern to Emily about being exposed to the microplasma virus walking phemonia was showing all syomitms besides my lungs are still clear for now and she treated me like I was stupid and refused to guve ne antibiotics or run further tests. I was then blocked on fb when I reached out trying to file a complaint.

How can this place stay open to my understanding it is against the the law for him to do this if we can get enough people this is a lawsuit he is being a bully

Dr barnhardt was awesome she really listened to me and is trying to help me in the best way possible she even called me the next day after my appointment to check on me!! Thanks dr barnhardt

Always very friendly and do their best to make you feel comfortable. All of the care providers have gone above and beyond to insure that they have givin the best care available.

The woman that I spoke with today on the phone, who said her name was Cathy was the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with at a medical clinic. I had two elderly men with me with special needs and she was not accommodating at all. She used a very rude tone in her voice and was condescending. This women should not be working with the public especially in an office setting where people are trying to be seen for medical reasons. I will not recommend anyone going here for medical care, because if this is who they chose to have represent them in the front of the office it is not professional.

The only reason im giving 2 stars is because the nurse that took care of us was amazing. However doctor Bradshaw is a horrible doctor she not only yelled at my 6 year old because his mask fell under his nose after a 2 hour doctor visit but told me my husband was over weight due to something on a chart in my childs history. My husband has never even been there. She then told me my 4 year old who is 45 pounds is obese. We were there for 3 shots she then gave physicals that were unasked for and unneeded. She asked if we were getting the covid shot i told her no and she became angry and argued with me. She was extremely aggressive and argumentative and scared my children. I feel for her staff i can promise they dont get paid enough to work with her.

The receptionist is very rude there and another women behind the front desk. I've also had an encounter with a nurse that had an awful attitude. Sad they act this way towards others seeking help.

I have been reserving my review to see if anyone else's reviews matched my observations. And they definitely do. I was overly ecstatic after my first visit to Dr Anderson. Even though I had to wait to get an appointment for three days, I was treated very well and my pain as well as the cause of it was taken care of entirely with that first visit. That was 3 years ago. BUT THINGS HAVE DRASTICALLY CHANGED AT THIS CLINIC AND IT SHOWS THROUGH THE REVIEWS THAT HAVE BEEN POSTED. I am convinced that it is not the employees fault but is a direct result of the pandemic and the confusion that our government has created in the public's eye by not showing solidarity.

Good luck getting an appointment and them taking the time to actually treat you properly. Under staffed!!!
