This office is AWESOME! The ladies at the front desk are incredibly sweet and knowledgeable . The nurse was incredible, kind and efficient, and the Dentist was PHENOMENAL! I am so so glad I switched and put her as my primary for dental. Truly grateful

The Dental office here is amazing, the Dentist is wonderful she's do a little of everything so I don't have to go to multiple Dentist. The Nurses are all polite and friendly. Also the Ladies at the front desk always try to work with my schedule to better my experience. (GREAT STAFF)Plus they do raffle sometime, the last time I won a huge beautiful basket of multiple food products just before Thanksgiving I couldn't even lift it but luckily I had help. They really do try here to help all there patients as best of possible as far as I know.

Doctors and Dentists are competent. Some nursing and reception staff less so. A few don't seem to understand mask protocols, and atleast one nurse expressed antivaxxer ideology to me (also a nomasker, big shock) while drawing blood.

Don't get Dr Carry English he will make you uncomfortable. He also told me to take off my mask so he can "see my face" mind you ...were in a middle of a pandemic . You will talk to him and he would just stair at you and catch him self because he forgot what you said . He spends too much time on the computer then patient . His favorite thing in every visit is " you need to see a social worker" he says that to everybody like what I just need blood work

This dental office on canal and port Richmond are very unprofessional. They reschedule you even if you're in pain. They always turned me away my whole left side of my face was infected & they did not care. They're appointments are months & months apart. They are terrible!!

Staff is friendly and professional. Doctor found correct treatment for me, and during initial checkup they identified another issue I was unaware of.

I gave this office of doctors practicing medicine, especially OBGYN care. Making my judgement of 3 stars which I would say equals neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. My ex fiance at the time was around 18 weeks pregnant, and went in for an ultrasound. when scheduling an appointment, I don't recollect TOO well about wait time, but if I do remember correctly they were actually available to schedule us fairly soon. I believe it may have been same week that we called which in NY in my experience and especially places that accept Medicaid, they have long waiting lists/times/schedules to schedule an appointment. I would say I was satisfied with that, as well as the reception talking and treating us with respect which believe it or not, today is a somewhat rare quality. When in office there were 3 woman waiting ahead of us but they flowed into offices in the back fairly quickly which again is a plus AND rare. My ex well call her Exeter for anonymity, was called into office in back, and wass very nervous, had almost crippling anxiety. She asked me to wait in waiting room and I did, diligently pacing back and forth, knowing 100% that Exeter was quite pregnant. And at the time it seemed like the most amazing thing in the world to me. I had a what some may call "spiritual re-birth" and made the dream/goal of starting a family, specifically with Exeter the spiritual and emotional foundation of my life. And it took a very eventful a very much through the wire, through the struggle, tough going tough living 5 years to make it finally happen. I was realizing that every moment in my life right there had led to that moment right there. and it could potentially be the start of the best thing in my entire lifetime/being and in Exeter's life as well. I vividly remember her saying (and with the information she was given, how short and little of a conversation and advice it actually was plus the waiting time, I could tell she wasn't exaggerating anything, and as a side not my perception of time progression is impressive.) I vividly remember her saying she waited 35-45:mins for s nurse to come in who started taking her vitals and asking her questions. Exeter wanted to have this baby as did I and although we were nervous we knew we wanted the baby, boy or girl. She wanted to be completely clear and effective in her communication. Well she was telling the nurse about her lifestyle and how she lives, what she does on a daily, weekly basis and what she does for work and hobbies, etc. Well the nurse immediately stopped checking everything on her and left the room without saying anything. then about 5-10 minutes later came back, at first without the doctor, but then a minute in the doctor walked In to better explain what was happening or going on." because they disagreed with her lifestyle and/or career choice or hobbies or whatever it actually was, I don't remember because I thought it was so silly, might have been that she worked graveyard shift and was quiting smoking cigarettes something of the sort made her a "high risk pregnancy." Apparently this office/practice doesn't have the right devices and or equipment for a high risk pregnancy. and then wrote her a prescription for prenatal vitamins which although they were needed they only did it so that they can say they diagnosed and prescribed, it's a tactic to be able to say you had a full appointment with a patient in which you helped "cure" their healthcare inquiry with medicine prescribed by the doctor. and then told her they can no longer see her as a patient, why? is beyond me. being the closest place to our residence it would have been most convienent for us. and where we wound up going didn't need any out of the ordinary equipment. and out of the two hospitals they could have refered her to they referred her to the less quality one. was quite disappointment with the entire experience, waiting time for not. had to change my vote from 3 stars to 2 just now.

The wait time is unbelievable. I prefer the office in port Richmond where they seem to be more efficient. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
