Overall the staff is terrible. Management has the absolute worst communication between patients AND employees. The majority of the staff is simply there for a paycheck - not the actual care of others. Paige is a complete wreck of a supervisor/superior. Along with most of the staff just being two-faced. I would highly recommend you going someplace else for care or to work.

Checked in at 11:20 am for the 12pm walk-in emergency visit . We were the second on the list. They stated, and the paper work stated that children and established patients would be seen first. Two adults went ahead of my child that was on the list. Waited over 2 hours to be seen. The last visit they read his x-rays wrong. Wouldn't recommend going here. Better off with a bottle of bourbon and a plan B.

I am not comfortable with the policy saying that parent is allowed to stay inside with their kid.why can I stay with my 4years old son.

Parents!! You should know they will not allow you to accompany your minor for x-rays and exams. I asked to wait outside the door with my 5 year old and was told no. My son is 5! This is the second time this has happened. The 1st time they took him for x-rays and I didn't see him for 45 minutes while I was in the waiting room. Not today, choose somewhere else if you care about who's touching your children. Not a single person in the place cared enough to tell me, explain why, and were quick to offer me a referral for service elsewhere when I chose not to leave my son with them. This just goes to show their level of care or concern for either one of us

They got me in on an emergency dental visit when no one else would. I was in so much pain. Only waited 5 minutes. The Doctor and his staff were extremely helpful. He explained everything that was happening to me and subscribed the right meds. Was even able to talk to him over the phone a couple days after the visit so he could see how I was doing. They all seemed to really care about my well being. I'm so much better now. Very professional and clean place.

Stay away! Had an accident and exposed a nerve in one of my teeth, pain so bad I'm nauseous. My insurance provider tells me CHC is the only emergency dental provider in network that's in our area. So I call, and I'm told that if it's an emergency, I can walk in anytime. So I cross the river and get to the clinic. I walk in at 11:30 and the receptionist tells me, "It's not an emergency until 12 o'clock" I'm told that I have to leave, I cannot wait outside. I have to leave, and come back at noon. Fine. At 11:50 I join 10 other people in line to be seen. At noon, they open the doors and we go in. The 10 people ahead of me get checked in. I step up to be seen, and the guy at the desk says, "Sorry sir but we're only seeing 6 people today, you're going to have to leave" I explain, I called ahead, was told I could just walk in. Showed up and was told to leave, and am now dealing with it again. And all he can say is, "yeah, we're only going to see these people today", pointing to the 10 (NOT 6) that walked in ahead of me " You're going to have to leave" I thought my 6 1/2 hours at the DMV yesterday was ridiculous, but this just takes the cake..... Stay away from CHC Dental in Davenport, folks. Because at the CHC Dental clinic, its not an emergency until its the convenient time of day, and even then.... You may still get sent home, with no help whatsoever.

Husband showed up around 11am with horrible pain and was told by the awful woman at the desk that it would "still be an emergency at noon," and to come back. When he returned at noon, they let 9 people sign in ahead of him and told him they would only see 6 more people that day, and he'd have to come back another day. Terrible service. If possible, go anywhere else.

They gave my mom SOMEONE else's x-rays to get a tooth pulled. Thank god the place noticed they weren't my moms X-rays. Always messing up and giving the wrong results. TERRIBLE!
