RUDE, unprofessional & extremely low class. She was immediately judgmental because according to insurance I haven't had a cleaning in 5 years. Not knowing I haven't lived in MA the last 4. She gave me attitude and told me me and her "aren't a good fit" and told me to "find another dentist. " without even looking at me...... I gladly will after today. She clearly hates her job

Dr. Mary Scannell is exceptional. This is a dental practice with extreme professionalism, especially Dr. Mary Scannell and her help. I noticed many of her employees have been with her for 15-20 years with all new up to date equipment. I have had a few dentists and Dr. Scannell is the one I have chosen because she and her staff of 8, truly care about you. She has been my doctor for more than 18 yrs and have and will continue to send her all of my family and friends to her office 1484 Gorham St. Lowell,

I fear dentists like prior 2 my visit yesterday I hadn't gone 2 a dentist in 7 years. This place was comforting and I am going back in a few weeks. I highly recommend them.. well the dentist did drop a tool on my face by accident that hurt..but other than that 4 stars.

I was greeted with a smile upon entering the office. The waiting area was most welcoming and set a relaxing tone for a calm atmosphere. There precautionary measures for covid were excellent and one feels safe. My experience with Dr. Scannell and her staff of assistants was incredible! The professionalism, expertise, caring and most knowledgeable in the field. I was petrified of dentists, however I would refer and recommend Dr.Scannell to anyone. She works with you on payment plans and helps those in need. In my travels this Dentist is incredible with people with compassion and understanding of your needs as a patient! I give this a 5 on cleanliness a 5 on professionalism and a 5 on caring.

I have a HUGE fear of thw dentist and I felt comfortable and relaxed from the Dr. As well as the assistants. I have really bad issues with my teeth right now and they were very CARING and their bedside manner made me feel like I can actually did the issues and not be embarrassed and not return.
