They advertise that they accept emergency walk-ins. It's 9:48 am on Wednesday and they did not take us. They said "doctor is not in till 11am." Please call them before you go. Very frustrating for granny and I.

Was trying to make a appointment today for tomorrow and the person that answer the phone was very rough while I was giving the information, I was very upset when I got off the phone, first time that happen to me calling there.

I'm going to give 5 because even tho I had a challenging experience and I'm half way. Diane (she is loving and help u focus on the "price" her) save my life, Doctor Barbie is amazing!! I don't k what I did to deserve her love but I appreciated lol the gorgeous and efficient receptionist that remembers everyone's name it seems, the empathetic surgical Doctor assistant ..them thank you

Great staff.. Lori,Diane and the Dentist Dr. Prager all were great!!! The office is so clean, And everything in the office looks new. I would really recommend them.

I just had a young lady Ashley Nicole answer the phone she was rude and did not seem to want to be there. I was letting her know that I was waiting to hear from them to see if my insurance approved the work I needed done. I let her know I got a letter saying it was approved. She responded that doesn't mean they got it and I would always get it first. I responded that the office always called me before with an attitude she says I dint know I just work her. Very bad energy. I've never had an issue with the work staff before and I've been coming there for 2 years now. Very unprofessional

Wow! What can I say about Dr. Glenn and his awesome staff! Dr. Glenn was so patient with me, I needed 4 new front teeth and they took such great care of me. From check-in with Ashley and Diane to the very great dental assistants Ariel and Dom. It was the best experience! I would recommend these wonderful people anytime!! Thank you to everyone! You've changed my life!!!

Hi my name is Vivian Mitchell I suggest that no one ever goes to this place I went in for a cleaning the hygienist was hurting my gums I gave her hand signals to stop and she would not to just kept going she looked like a Mongolian she was overweight and angry inside my opinion go towards Mays Landing where all the white clean people are that respect you when you walk in the door

Woke up with a very bad tooth infection half my face was swollen. Ashly who got me I. Very quickly I might add, was very helpful and empathetic to my situation. The dentist was very thorough with his exam. I highly recommend them. I'm going to continue seeing them after today.

This is the BEST dental clinic I've ever been to. Keep in mind I've had A LOT of dental work done over the years at various clinics and dentists including NYU College of Dentistry (which is one of the highest rated dental schools worldwide). What was really reassuring is the very first time I came in here (as it was the closest to home that took my insurance) the attending dentist, Dr. Glen, tells me he went to NYU Dentistry and probably knows everyone who has worked on my teeth. How fortuitously awesome is that?! But seriously, they are fantastic here! They have such gracious manner in dealing with all patients, from the second you walk in through the door until you leave with your dental care goodie bag. THANK YOU, COMMUNITY DENTAL OF VENTNOR!

This office is so unprofessional my family and I will not be returning! Our 24 year old son had an appointment with the oral surgeon, he ended up having 4 teeth(molar) extracted, and when he returned he was in so much pain and unable to drink any fluids for his pain medicine because he was so numb that he was gagging and choking from blood and his own saliva!! He wasn't aware that he was getting all 4 pulled at the same time, his sockets bled well into the overnight! When I stopped at the office to question their procedure protocol that is when the front desk staff got extremely mouthy and rude! Had he known he was having so many extracted at one time he would have went to an actual oral surgeon where he could have had the proper anesthesia!
