I switched to this dentist because my previous one stopped taking my insurance and today was my first appointment, a routine cleaning and exam. My experience today wasn't too great, particularly with the hygienist -- here are the pros and cons I can point out: Pros: 1. Building is new, clean, and spacious 2. Initial greet from front desk staff was friendly and professional 3. Fast scheduling and availability Cons: 1. Person who did my x-rays was talkative and friendly, until she said she's "hungover" today. Not something you want to hear from a medical professional. 2. Long wait time sitting in the chair before a hygienist came to the room. 3. The doctor did the exam before the cleaning, which is typically backwards. I felt the exam was rushed and she was in/out in 30 seconds. 4. The hygienist was very robotic and not personable. There was no greeting, she just jumped right into the "anything wrong with your teeth?" question; this is the same question I hear her saying walking into other rooms after me as the first thing. 5. The hygienist's cleaning procedure was extremely fast and not thorough. When you go for a cleaning after 6 months, you expect them to scrape every tooth's edges, then floss and polish thoroughly. When she started flossing, she re-used the same area of floss for every tooth, which is shockingly unsanitary for a dentist office. 6. The hygienist struggled to get floss in between a certain tooth, which sparked a little back and forth conversation where I expressed that I'm able to floss that tooth just fine and that she need to try harder. She then frustratedly handed me her dirty floss line and said "here you want to do it?", which I replied "no that's what you're supposed to do". 7. Checkout experience was awkward. The hygienist threw my folder down on the desk and walked off without saying bye. I kindly asked the woman behind the desk that I'd like to switch hygienist going forward and there was just a blank stare with no response. I'll be going back for one last appointment to do a filling, but I intend to switch dentist again. Let me just say this, you get what you pay for. Maybe for some they like the fast and cheap service, but not me, medical services should be taken a little more seriously and it's worth paying a little more if you can afford to.

Horrible horrible care! If I could give them a negative $10,000 I would! Do not give them your business!

First visit went well, got prescribed an antibiotic and ibuprofen for possible abscess. Second visit for teeth extraction went okay. Dr.Zimmer seemed rushed and on the bit rougher side. Gave no time for me to adjust to what was happening, even after I informed him I get a tremendous amount of anxiety at dentists etc. Somewhat concerning when you research to see he's a recommended provider on : Directory of Dentists Treating Members with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (Aetna)

Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here. I was not put under. I was prescribed a pain medicine I have a known allergy too. The guy who did my surgery was beyond rough and struggled the whole way through the procedure. Then I ended up in the ER a few hours afterwards because the stitching did not hold. Despite me following they're ridiculously lack luster post-op instructions. Shoulder surgery was 1000 fold easier then this simple procedure. Truly pathetic dentistry I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. If you have an alternative I highly suggest any body else over this place.

This place is good for simple stuff like cleanings, but SAVE YOURSELF and don't get your wisdom teeth out here. I got mine out months ago and it was the most excruciating, torturous process. They don't put you under, and the needles they use to numb you are extremely painful and I got 4 in each section. I was awake and felt a lot of it despite being given several needles. It took an hour and It traumatized me so much that I now have a phobia of dentists which I've never had until this. It should've been a simple process but instead was an hour of me being awake while they pull and yank at my mouth. I felt like I was hit by a car after. Months later I still have pain and can't chew hard things. Stay away from this place for major procedures!

Absolutely awful. Had the "dentist" Regina Gido walk off in the middle of the procedure saying she quit, like a 13 year old having a tantrum. Had to beg multiple people to finish the work that was done because apparently I told her to stop mid-procedure? She came back to finish it after I guess she decided she didn't want to actually quit. What a joke. An hour and ten minutes for a temporary cap for a root canal that was already done. I had the root canal done at another office and it took HALF the time.

I am John Angelucci. I do not feel like logging out of my brother's account here. Hope he will not mind. I called this so-called dentist office on April 19th, 2022. I have an emergent situation and was referred by my primary dentist. The person answering-Jennifer- was so rude! I attempted to explain my situation and was told otherwise. I started to relate the office can contact my dentist for the technical medical details but Jennifer just hung on me. I called back and asked for the dentist. No luck there. And then I demanded the address. "I was yelling", Jennifer complained. I wanted the address. I asked again. Once again she refused. I was already unhappy with her unprofessional attitude. If I was loud- so be it. I have tinnitus. I did not insult her. I would never let that woman speak to my clients in such an unprofessional manner. I am writing a letter to the dentists but no doubt this woman will intercept it and discard it. A professional's "help" is a reflection of that professional's ability and organizational skills. I never received the address from this helper. Do not go to this office.

I just started going to this dentist for the first time about 2 weeks ago. Ive already been there twice! Its hard for a dentist office to get me to come back lol BUT this staff really has been great. Everyone is really nice and patient. Im 35 weeks pregnant and had to get 3 extractions (wisdoms) and they made sure I was really comfortable, told me everything I needed to know about what they were giving to me and not giving to me to make sure my baby was okay. I really appreciated that. And the most important part was I barely went through any pain while I was there which is not normally the case. They helped me not be that afraid of the dentist anymore! I have a 3rd appointment coming up on Monday and Im not even afraid to go!

I sincerely regret going to Community Dental of Sicklerville. I had two root canal therapies done there and pleaded countlessly for a permanent filling but was declined. They insisted I had to get a crown which I honestly couldn't afford. I kept requesting for a filling to cover the cavities after the root canal therapies were carried out but kept getting denied. Fast foward to months later, my teeth are badly decayed and have to be extracted. They say I have to get dentures and are insistent that I pay for them. All the money spent on the root canal treatment gone down the drain! I hoped for a better outcome but I have been left devastated

I have had issues in the past with other dental places that gave me very bad panic attacks at the thought of even going into a Dental office. I came here after talking to others about past experiences and everyone said these people were great. I had 4 teeth extracted today. They listened to all my past and my present concerns and ensured me I was in great hands and they truly cared and wanted to make sure I was 100% comfortable. Well they definitely made me feel at ease every single step of the way and it was a painless process. I will only come here from now on and I highly recommend everyone does the same! Thank you so much to all the great staff here.

Everyone is extremely professional and nice! This office got me in to see the oral surgeon within 2 weeks of my call! Not sure if you have called around but normally it's a two month wait since Covid started! Dr. Dodoba is an amazing oral surgeon! Had to have 3 teeth removed yesterday and he did this as efficiently and quickly as possible I suffer from anxiety and both assistants took the time to explain different things to calm my nerves. Very gentle caring staff! Best dental office I have ever been too for adults! I will be returning in two weeks to have further work done by the general dentist. I can only hope they are as good as the oral surgeon! Thank you for your help Community dental!

I am currently sitting in the office as my 16 year receives their services. Upon entering I felt an attitude with me from the receptionist. Once we were taken to the back by the technician, who barely introduced herself and didn't explain anything that she was doing. I felt out of place and uncomfortable at that point. A seat was never offered so i stood in the corner of the hallway to stay out of the way. Once her crash were completed i was informed "you can go in now". As we waited for next person who happened to be the dentist, she came right in barely made eye contact and started on the computer with a rushed energy. As she was speaking to her with her back to us I interrupted to ask who she was and her position. She apologized and said I'm Dr. so and so. I was baffled. Prior to her entering the room i had already mentioned to my daughter this would be her last visit her because of how I felt, hoping my next interaction would be a better one. Epic fail! I am used to top notch service at my dentist since my children have a different one and I am appalled at the service rendered. Nonetheless, I am still standing without a seat being offered yet. As the doctor finishes her exam and prepares my daughter for her cleaning, she informed me that the hygienist would be in shortly. I kindly excused myself to the Lobby seating area to sit and wait away from my 16 year old child. Sadly disappointed.
