Dentist leaves your operating and surrounding tooth dirty after performing the operation every visit. My operation was a root canal and the dentist did not have a mouthguard to hold my chin.... Felt jaw pain for a couple of days. Please go to another dentist office with state of the art equipment.

To whom this may concern.... How many times does someone have to complain about your receptionist for you to actually do something about it ? All I see in these reviews is how terrible your receptionist are.....what are you doing to protect the clients here? I had a horrible experience today with both receptionist actually and I'm not gonna give the whole story on what happened. The point is YOU HAVE A RECEPTIONIST ISSUE. FIX IT.

As a resident of the North Brunswick community,I preferred to stay close to home when looking for a dental service. I found the office location convenient for my family's needs. Unfortunately the experience my mother and grandfather went through today was sickening and and humiliating. Not only did the dental assistant show signs of racism, she kept giving dirty stares at my grandfather because of his authentic attire. My grandpa was born and raised in Mexico and speaks no English so it was hard for him to do what he was being instructed to do, but my mother was translating the most she could. Rather than keeping a professional mannerism, the dental assistant would just laugh at my poor grandpa. Even through the humiliation my grandpa and mother remained calm with the office members. I myself work in the medical field and have always empathize with the elderly. This is truly a disgusting experience and the office should please change the "We care" in your website to "we don't care" since that is the true attitude you are showing in the office. Let's remember , we all have people who are elderly in our families, and you, yourself will be there one day too. I hope this humiliating experience is something you never have to go through.

Attitude in this place needs to change, way far from a medical field's demeanor. Talk about "having a nice smile"

If I could give 0 start, I will. Because the r Receptionist is the rudest person I have ever deal with. I went to this place to get a Root canal. They did around 8 dental jobs on me. When I got the first one I told them that I couldn't eat hot or cold food because it hurts so much and plus they made my crown bigger than how it was before. So it was uncomfortable and all the doctor did was filed. Now is even more uncomfortable plus the rude receptionist made an appointment for them to re-do the job and I couldn't assist to this appointment because I have two kids and had no one to stay with them so I can go to this appointment. And just because this happened before she said that she wouldn't do my appointment anymore because I missed two appointment so now I have a bad job in my mouth and they wouldn't fix it because I missed two appointment. That is what the receptionist said. So now I have to fix their bad job make no sense to me. Bad and worst experience ever.

I was very hesitant of going to a dentist for a while until I had a unbearable pain that I could no longer take .This place is the BEST. I went in and found out I had 3 wisdom to get pulled out . The dentist was fluent and explained every step of the procedure. He made me feel so comfortable that the process was done so quickly without feeling any pain ! Their staff is very nice and make you feel at home ! They explain the aftercare so well that you are left with no questions and satisfied with their work ! The place is beyond clean .

I had such an amazing experience getting 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out. My doctor was extremely reassuring and kind. The procedure was done pain free and quickly. I did not expect to have such an amazing experience with my surgery as I expected it to feel so much worse, but they did such an amazing job at making sure I felt absolutely no pain and that I was comfortable. Highly recommend coming here to get your wisdom teeth removed!!!

Yikes.... Receptionist is extremely rude. Really awful service, not sure why there are so many good reviews. Although the most recent reviews were all 1 stars so that says something.

The "good" reviews are hilarious because the initial bad ones were right. Insanely rude receptionist and the doctor didn't even care/ask when I told him she had an attitude problem. She flipped out when I told her to wear her mask properly. Thank god my friends and I didn't go, if they let major things like this slide, who KNOWS what they'd let slide during an actual procedure/surgery. Save yourself the hassle and time and find another office.

DON'T COME! AWFUL SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE RECEPTIONIST! I called several times to try and make an appointment, no one answers. receptionist called back and was extremely nasty. Said she didn't listen to the voicemail. she wouldn't even bother checking if my insurance covered anything. Misleaind reviews.

I had an appointment to get X-rays to then have 4 wisdom teeth extracted. I was told at the very end that they would not put me under and the snobby RUDE, snobby a$$ receptionist said "yea good luck finding a doctor who would do that". I called around and told the 3 other places what had happened at this place and they said that is unheard of. You would think that this receptionist wouldn't be so nasty considering someone is obviously responding to these reviews. What does that say about the rest of the office ... yikes. I 100% do not recommend this place to anyone. Extremely rude, wanted their $$$ for X-rays and then told me I would be wide awake during the extraction.

I am a whimp. I admit it! And I had a broken tooth in very bad shape that was causing me severe grief. The oral surgeon and all of the staff treated me with care and compassion. They understood my anxiety. The surgeon was super. He explained what he was doing and the sounds I was hearing, as well as the sensations I might feel. As a healthcare professional myself, I believe this is the way dental care should be provided. We as a team focus on the patient and strive for the best outcomes. This dental team demonstrates this. And btw...The exam rooms and X-ray areas were very clean and everyone was following safety protocols. I felt safe! They will see me again!

The receptionist is the worst and the rude communication person ever. She doesn't know and understand what people need to make an appointment. She confused what she is doing she is very rude, disrespectful misunderstanding and a nasty person ever. She wasted our time to visit today for nothing.

For starters, the receptionist is very rude. She has 0 compassion and speaks to people in a way that is condescending. The doctor who extracted my wisdom teeth (Dr. Prager) started off very sweet in the beginning and explained everything that was going on, as well as ensured that all my questions were answered. However, once he got to my upper left wisdom tooth, he had an extremely hard time extracting it so he instantly became very frustrated, started huffing and puffing and even became more aggressive. His entire demeanor changed and he also began speaking to the assistant in a rude manner. Once he finally got the tooth out, he went on to the next one and then just left the room! He didn't say a single word to me! He didn't give me any additional information, no aftercare, no goodbye, NOTHING!!!! All I could do is laugh really. I also wasn't given a syringe when I left. When I called for one, the receptionist acted as if I was lying and said she had to make sure I didn't get one. Once I went to pick it up, she handed me a syringe filled with water, wrapped in a paper towel....???? The assistant was the only nice, helpful person I encountered during the visit. I'm just happy my wisdom teeth are gone, definitely won't be using their services again.

Very disappointed by this practice. 1) Receptionist is so rude and is not personable at all. 2) I initially went here for wisdom teeth extraction. Had bone Spurs (which is normal) but they should come out within 1-2 weeks well this lasted ALMOST TWO MONTHS after extractions.. I did see the doctor for a follow up few weeks after extraction to explain my issues and pain and he said " to leave it alone." Here I am almost to months later and the receptionist will not schedule me to see the oral surgeon. I had to go see another oral surgeon for help who removed the pieces of bones from my gum. I'm so much better now and finally I'm not in pain!! I wish I would of been listened to. Two months like this was absurd.

Exremly nasty receptionist. I accidentally missed an appointment and she said," Well, your going to have to wait for a cancellation then!." With nothing but attitude and enjoyment saying it to you. Even worse face to face .She needs to learn to keep her problems at home. I'll be going to another dentist due to her.
