Do not get crown work done here.. They fall out in a week and that should not happen..they are using cheap cement bonding..money scam use insurance and when crown falls out and you can't find it they want cash... Crown should not fall out should be good for 5 to 10 years..

I really wanted to give 0 star but sadly I couldn't. Front staff are very ghetto and unprofessional. When you go to a appointment they just talk about patients in front of anyone, laughing and throwing the phones. Also, rescheduling appointments without informing the patients. Not sure if there's a manager in that office and if there is one, not sure if she is doing anything about it. There is a Spanish lady that works there for couple of years that is very nice. But since they started hiring new staff the office is not the same. Manager needs to clean the office by hiring professional Medical Assistant that can pay attention on what they do instead of talking and being friends with one another. Manager please clean this office before you loose all of your patients.

the lady cleaning my teeth is a bit rough and it hurts my gums..the dentist came in to do an "exam" after my cleaning where he just checks out my teeth and all he says is "they're okay" then leaves. i hate going to the dentist the atmosphere is always so odd

I like how quickly and efficiently they got the job done. I am glad I went here. Staff is friendly and kind I would recommend them for getting your teeth done!

Went to see my dentist. People coughing, sneezing in waiting room no masks. Staff no masks. Super spreader environment. Why check temperature if you aren't going to be careful of spreading COVID..NO THANKS. LIKE MY DENTIST BUT NOT ENOUGH TO GET COVID. DISRESPECTFUL OF COMMUNITY SPREAD ESPECIALLY FOR A DENTAL FACILITY

I cannot stress enough that if you are in need of a Root Canal you cannot trust this office. I had multiple challenges which resulted in a very painful infection and almost lost my tooth. The Dentist wasn't skilled enough to locate a fourth canal and neglected to do the root canal properly. They did not use a 360 degree camera where the fourth canal would have easily been seen. Not only did they miss it when I went back with a swollen jaw and headache the Dentist's answer was to shave down the crown as it was too large. The next day I woke up with more swelling and pain in my jaw and tongue. After 3 weeks of antibiotics I went to a full Endodontist who had to redo the root canal. Community Dental charged $1000 and Endodontist another $1,000. I have had fine fillings and have to agree on the VERY rough cleanings at Community Dental but would stay away for more intricate procedures which they are not equipped or skilled at handling

Staff was very helpful, and the overall experience was great. Years since I have been in the dentist chair and was very nervous. Dentists and staff were warm and calming.

Took care of a bad toothache and I'll be back soon for a cleaning. Fun and young staff. Even the doctors were joking and laughing with patients. Good environment in such a nervous situation. Thank you to the staff

It used to be a good place, the cleaning lady is the worst rushing and painful horrible, and last week had root canal done I'm on pain for three days and now my face swollen.... Worst experience in a dentist ever.

Staff are efficient =4 stars (Shout out to Sylvia who was very nice and accomodating. I give her 5 stars.) Dr. T. needs to smile a bit more and spend a little extra time with his patients.= 3 stars.

Worst experience ever staff receptionist in the front and a few of the assistant are very unprofessional there is no direct person to make an complaint to the owner has a manager taking complaints but nothing happens after complaint was made no apology or anything it's just as if nothing ever happened they are ghetto and should clean up the staff there they do not know how to talk to people and no professionalism at all.

worst experience ever staff in the front very un processional there is no management present to address the situation seems as if no one really cares about the patients the owner does not care about all the complaints and never apoligize for the mistakes his staff makes very unhealthy work environment everyone seems frustrated and doesnt like there job many attitudes when you walk in there is one dentist lady that is always really nice but that ks 1 out of the whole office highly do not recommend this place.
