I use to be petrified of "Dentist'" in all my years this has been the only one that has made my time at ease. I am so happy with the results. Thank you all at Community Dental. I am so happy thank you again

In September 2021 I went to Community Dental. I had a check-up. It was ascertained that I needed a deep cleaning. My insurance approved. Shortly afterward I became critically ill for about a year. When I began feeling better I attempted to reschedule my deep cleaning. I was told that since a year had passed they would need to submit another authorization to my insurance. I was fine with that, and I spoke to my insurance, and they were fine with it. Then community dental said that I needed to start the process again. I asked "why," and I was told that my teeth could have changed in a year. I could have accepted that if their first answer wasn't that they needed to get another authorization. Then I was told I needed to come in every six months. Again, I asked who requires that? No answer...just repeated the statement. My insurance doesn't require I have an appointment every six months but Community Dental does. Now why do you think they require it? I think that they want to bill my insurance every six months. I think they had the authority to resubmit my authorization because my insurance told me they did. I think Community Dental is only open two days a week because they don't have it together. I think that their business model isn't sustainable and they will be eventually close. If you're about the money and not about working with your clients you're business lifespan will be mercifully short and likely more painful than a root canal.

By far the best dentist office I've ever been to! The front desk is welcoming and nice. The dental hygienist is very precise, and does an excellent job everytime I go. The dentist is kind and professional. I am so glad to have found this practice. Highly recommend!

I am glad I was able to find a dentist that took my insurance without having to traveling 1.5 hr . The office staff is very friendly. The office is clean and everyone is professional. Both doctors put you at ease and explain everything they are doing. The dentist hygienist is friendly and willing to answer any questions you have. Everyone is nice

Great place !! I had to find a new dentist and the guy here is amazing he fixed everything so quickly and don't waste any time or extra appointments. Got straight to work! Very clean and the nurses are actually very nice and helpful too. Never had any issues. Love them !

A month ago I had snapped my tooth a the gum line while at work at 9am. Since Covid I have been turned away and appts rescheduled time and time again from our previous dentist. I had called Community dental to try to get emergency appt as a new patient thinking it would be weeks away. Thr receptionist who answered my call that day gave me appointment for the very same day and I had the rest of my tooth removed with no problems from Dr. Todd! I also have had a cavity in between my 2 front teeth which I e been trying to get taking care of for a year and a half and went today foe my cleaning so I thought and once again Dr.Todd to the rescue fixed my cavity to where you can not even tell its a filling when I smile now! Amazing work by the Denist, the Dental hygienist is Percise, and receptionist always understanding and very helpful towards you! Makes you feel like family now I can smile big with no hesitation! Thank Community Dental for all you do!

I just want to say going here was the best experience I've had going to the dentist, and that's coming from someone who suffers from anxiety when going to the dentist. From the receptionists, to Ellen the dental hygienist (sweetest woman ever) to the dentist himself they all made my experience a great one. So much so that I had to leave a review so others know how great this place is too!

It's a great place they always do a great job on me an are very friendly Ellen is a wonderful lady very sweet every time she works on me and the actual guy dentist himself too is great unsure of name as of right now, I have no problems what so ever with them the only problem I do have is with the front desk lady I'm unsure of her name but she's the one who's literally always there an answering the phone, brown hair doesn't wear glasses about 5'5 ish in her 40s or 50s i don't need to give a bunch of details if this is your regular dentist office you know exactly who I'm talking about and when I find out her name I'll edit this, but she's very rude in person and off the phone yelling over the question your trying to ask her, has a attitude mostly every time you speak to her or ask her a question, if you don't care for your job or can't handle someone asking a question or questions and etc then don't work there. Other then that like I said above this is the first dentist office I've ever been to that the Dentist's are friendly, compassionate, patient and do a very great job every time I come there.

Needed emergency dental care, took me immediately. Had immense pain and infection. Dr. Prager took the time to explain everything, from start to finish. Most compassionate dentist I've ever been too. From walking in to office til leaving, staff completely caring, courteous and pleasant. In my years of having dental work, this dental office is tops. Root Canal, Post & Crown beautiful done in a timely manner. If you are looking for a dental office that is professional and cares, this one is it. Your teeth will love you for it!

I've had a lot of work done . I had a bad abscess before and it caused great discomfort and pain. This dentist is the first place I've gone where not only do they come up with a great plan of action for the work but also help keep you at ease. Definitely glad I made an appointment here.

I was deathly terrified of dentist. I have avoided them for 20+ years. My fiance finally convinced me to go see a dentist. I settled on Community Dental of Burlington (in the ShopRite shopping center). I have to say going there changed my whole perspective on dentists. The dental hygienist took the time to talk me through things that she was doing. At the time of my visit the Dentist told me I needed a filling (which I knew) and said he had some free time THAT DAY if I wanted to get it taken care of! He was also very nice and talked me through things. I really liked that they didn't talk down to me a person who hasn't been to a dentist in such a long time. Also they didn't seem to recommend things that seemed over the top, the things they recommended they showed me my X-rays and explained it all rather than just saying "we looked at the X-rays and you need this this and that". So I highly recommend Community Dental of Burlington 10/10 (from a. Person who previously hated and feared dentist)

I have to admit this place was great! The Dr was great, the xray technician was great, and the receptionist was great! I might have thought differently in the beginning after I read their office wasn't there. But the office is there and I would definitely recommend this place!!

Been looking for a new dentist for weeks. It's getting urgent. Called the number got voicemail for appointment option. Left message. Got no call back so decided to go see them since it says walk-in. I'm experiencing pain. Google maps leads to Chik-Fil-A. Community Dental space is actually next to Hallmark, but it's empty. Not open at all.

Very professional and very compassionate office! I've had bad experiences with dentist but not here! Everyone is very nice and educated. The best experience ever at a dentist. This is now mine and my son dentist! Thank you for being awesome!
