Always feel welcome there. My kids love the dentist and it's because of the staff. We laugh everytime we go there. The only dentist that would get my kids and myself in the same day EVERY time. They make us feel at home.

Great place! The staff are great! The Dr. (Slovski...I think) is one of the best dentists I've come across! I understand there may be a slight wait to get in but they serve a lot of people but worth the wait. Thank you again for a virtually pain free extraction! P.S. I told the doc I had tennis shoes older than him.

Only wish is that when one needs to be seen, one could get in more quickly. I get it, though; there is a shortage of dentists in the market. The dentist that is there is patient (no pun intended), with a decent sense of humor. It is clear from the interactions he has with the staff that he takes care of his team. That makes the atmosphere pleasant for us patients, too.

Dr Daigle, Barbie, Katie... Thank you from the depth of my heart for the Smile! I have not had a heartfelt, unselfconscious smile since I was a child. You put so much time and effort into giving me not only a healthy mouth, but a beautiful smile. You taught me that doing all the right things takes time. I'm so grateful. Thank you all not only for your conscientious and artistic efforts, but also your patience with my fear. I'm so glad I put my trust in your professional and compassionate team!

Receptionist was about as kind as a cancer cell. Very rude and condescending which is a little weird from somebody with loads of job security but okay. We called in advance as we were old patients looking to pick up where we left off. Having both gone here throughout our childhood there was a sense of familiarity with this establishment. We were told they could work us in. Filled paperwork out and go in just to be told they're booked till November:.. it's April. Oooooh masks are mandated but they do not have them on stock. This is while operating out of the same building as a medical office where you are going to come in contact with sick people just walking indoors.

Nothing but good things to say about the people working at the Farmington Maine office. I had a lot of damage in my uppers due to years of neglect and really thought it might be past the point of no return. Several of my fronts had basically disintegrated. Anyone who has had this happen for whatever reason knows how hard it is to deal with, both in terms of appearance and function. Dr. Percolla did an unbelievable restoration just before the holidays and I couldn't believe what she was able to do. She and her techs are incredibly talented, compassionate professionals and I can't thank them enough. I sympathize with some that have left reviews who are frustrated because they can't get quick appointments but I'm afraid you will find that that is the norm in rural areas like Maine that are home to fewer practices and much need. Patience is the key , Also rememberCommunity Dental is non-profit and provides services at rates many could not otherwise afford so demand is even higher. They work very hard to help as many people as they can. Thanks to everyone there

I have been extremely happy with all the service I have received in Farmington. Jennifer, the receptionist, is always upbeat and friendly on the phone and in person! Always able to answer my questions and genuinely seems to enjoy her job. Stephanie, my hygienist, goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable about all procedures.. explaining everything before hand. She is gentle and caring and does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She is very dedicated to her work and so knowledgeable. I have been to several different dentist offices over the years and she is by far , the best!! She is always upbeat and takes the time to praise me on my progress. I used to be very nervous having my teeth scaled...NOT with Stephanie...she has such a gentle touch and asks often if I'm ok. You are VERY fortunate to have these ladies working for you.

Was on vacation from new jersey. My cousin has gotten a really bad toothache. We called and was told that they accept walkins. We got there at 9am. They told him to fill out paper work. Then they told him that he will be seen at 12:30pm. It is now 1:39pm and they are saying that they are trying to see him. I understand that scheduled appointments are first but why have walkins if u can't get an emergency visit. I've never been to a doctors office where the receptionist is rude and still has a job. Been on alot of vacations and some emergencies and never felt how we are feeling now. Don't think i will be back to maine again. Hope this is not how this always is. Maybeyou just have to be a local. Just at a loss for words I especially came in last week to try to get seen for tooth pain, received exact directions of what I would need to do as there was no time in schedule. Hired a sitter drove an hour, came in before specified time, then turned away as they are behind schedule, so the suffering continues. They were apologetic, although I , devastated

I would absolutely have given them 0 stars if i could have!! They billed my old insurance for a root canal that I got when i specifically told them 3 times that that insurance was no longer active and then they waited so long to try to bill the correct insurance that it was no longer covered and they stuck me with over a $1000 bill! Then when i went in for an appointment to address multiple painful teeth after i had the 3 worst teeth pulled a couple weeks ago, but still have pain in these other teeth, they got the x-ray sent over from the surgical center and came back in and told me that since the surgeon pulled the 3 worst ones they didnt feel like my issues were bad enough anymore for then to even look at my teeth that are still hurting since my mainecare will only pay for limited exams of specific teeth that are causing pain or infecntion. So even though I told them the teeth were in pain they decided they got to choose whether my pain was worth their time or not and told me if i wanted them to look at my teeth they were going to make me pay over $200 up front just to look at them and tell me what might fix the issues. They dont seem to understand that if someone is on state assistance programs they probably dont have over $200 extra just sitting around in their wallet waiting to be thrown away just for someone to tell them something they already know! Then they told me that they don't accept payments that come from TANF support services, which will help someone on TANF with up to $2000 per year in dental services, but they told me that they dont work with TANF and they wouldnt accept any payments coming from them! The staff at this office are VERY clearly biased against people on state assistance and absolutely treat those people much worse than others!! I decided to drive an hour away from my home to come here because they were recommended by an associate(who isnt on state assistance programs mind you) and that was for sure a BIG mistake! Will NEVER go here again!!!

If I could leave this with 0 stars I would. Whom ever I talked to on the phone for 20 min about my broken tooth. Tells me how much I need down goes through everything with me I say ok let's make an appointment and she says there's none available until February. Maybe you should start with that.

Worse place you try to schedule appointments and all you get is the voicemail! You never speak to any of the receptionists either they all too busy on their cell phones or are on Facebook and ignore the phones it's rather frustrating! And you never get a phone call back until it's too late! I'm switching dentists because this is ridiculous

My kids have been going here for at least 5 years I have never had an issue with this office until recently I have been calling them regarding my son for the last week all I get to voicemail I never speak to a person no one returns your calls now I have to take my son to the emergency room as his wisdom teeth have erupted and his face is all swollen I can't get him a referral to get them to an oral surgeon because nobody will return my phone calls I will be switching dentists
