They accept medicaid but they are not going by sliding scale fee anymore. This hurts senior citizens who don't have the type of medicaid they will only accept. They are limited on the services provided to patients. I had my crown come off. They do not recement crowns at this office. They do extraction and fillings but not crown recement. They need to bring sliding scale fee back to help senior citizens like me and others!

All the staff are kind. There was zero wait time. My 5 year old's first dental visit went amazing! He loved it and can't wait to return!

RE: "DR." MARK RALPH-----"DONT DO IT!! Do not use this "provider". Through his inattention, apathy, and lack of compassion, my wife now has permanent nerve damage as a result of an ill-fitting denture which he refused to address. He looked into my wife's mouth ONE TIME, and only stood in the doorway on another visit. He has since had to move to, and is currently in Kentucky as a result of his reputation. DO NOT E-V-E-R USE HIM!! His previous workplace (Huntsville) is a WONDERFUL organization of truly caring and compassionate people." May 8, 2020

The staff here is great, but their new dentist has horrible people skills. After simply saying hello, this dentist immediately proceeded to talk down to me in his attempt to "educate" me on what I needed which I'm well aware of. When I stated I'm well aware, he continued belittling me while trying to refer me to Louisville and refusing to fix their own work. I've requested my files and I'll be reporting this incident to the proper boards and agencies. I genuinely feel bad for the staff having to apologize for and try to resolve the problems this new "Doctor" creates.

I understand a lot of places are over staffed but you all literally NEVER answer your phones or return calls. I've attempted multiple times and have yet to receive a call back. Terrible business ethic

They were fast, but also VERY thorough. They staff was attentive, and very kind. One of the most pleasant dental visits I've ever had and I had two teeth extracted!

I paid double the amount for an exam and x-rays that I would have else where. I have a cavity under a 2 surface composite filling that Dr. Ralph was going to charge $160.- dollars to patch as an occlusal filling instead of replacing the old filling and removing any decay that might be underneath. I was a dental assistant for over 20 years. This is a disservice to our community. I only went there because I had a great experience with Dr. Taylor. I am shocked and very sad about what they are doing there.

I don't get why the phone just hanged up by itself in the middle of ringing!!! How many time will I have to redial!! It happened the same thing yesterday too!!

The staff is WONDERFUL!! They took great care of my bonus boys and made them feel so welcomed. They calmed their nerves and gave extra love to them.

I have a huge fear of dentist! But Community Dental Lorie and staff are awesome. Thank you all so much for going above and beyond to take care of scaredy cats like me. Keep up the great work. Appreciate you all more than you know
